One of the best hostels I have ever stayed

It offers the best facilities based on the price paid. The room was spacious, and there are lots of common areas for chill-out. It has a shared kitchen with free vegetables, condiments, some fruit and sweets provided free of charge, so id you want to cook, all you need is to buy missing ingredients like meat by yourself. The room looks a very spacious - thanks for the free room upgrade. For the breakfast buffet, it is well with the money €8.90 per person. The hostel itself is beautifully decorated so doe me it is a tourist attraction itself that made me want to spend longer time inside this hostel. Definitely recommended.

Much more travel is fun

The property is near to the train ,bus station .so far staff was okay ..

During Saturday some bar are full of customers so all are noisy ,so I stay in the top floor with balcony so I hear all the noise entire night.some shop are close on Sunday… towels are for rent.

There are free stuff in the kitchen and lots of free toiletries which was nice. Breakfast was good

Staff are bit rude. There is so much dust in the room. I don’t think the floor has ever been vacuumed or cleaned. There are no ventilation in the room, it’s it’s muggy and hot! I was sneezing whole time.

Loved it, unexpected hostel/ community/ apartment vibe, Yamy food

I liked the design, the theme! and the area where my bed was, very cute corner. Create view. Beautiful breakfast!!! and it didnt feel like a hostel!, rather i had an apartment with my unknown friends) Great location for travelling to the beach by train and taking the bus, all the close proximity.

I would have liked to have a towel. But probably I didn't ask for one. I am not sure if they give. Ask.

Fabulous hostel in Genoa

Really well run large hostel close to Principe railway station. Excellent value for money, and with the loyalty card the bar is very cheap (€4 for an Aperol Spritz) David - one of the staff - was very professional and super helpful when I asked to change to another dorm. The bed in my dorm was super comfortable and I slept well.

The bathroom was very small and cramped. Not enough toilet paper provided.

Great hostel at the perfect location

The location is perfect (just walking distance from the main train station and airport bus shuttle), the staff was super nice and helpful at all times, the room was super clean. Huge kitchens and a lovely terrace.

Other guests were careless with kitchen maintenance and on the weekends there are parties and loud music until very late in the night. It sounded fun but I needed my sleep!

Wonderful staff and customer support, easy access. Good place to store my bicycle (VERY IMPORTANT).

Unfortunately other guests do not respect their assigned beds, my bed was occupied on arrival. Staff were excellent in providing me another situation (bed). All was well in the end. Some young people at the hostel are EXTREMLY noisy , running in hallways. It is a hostel and one must be prepared with earplugs.

Great place, I would definitely return!

I liked the breakfast buffet (additional cost), the common spaces, and that our room had its own bathroom and shower. The room was really spacious. The place looked really clean. There was also a communal kitchen and a fitness room, and a beautiful outdoor patio. I felt that the price was decent considering all they had to offer. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The only thing I'd say was that the laundry and dryer could have been a little cleaner.

It looks like hostel

We had room for 4 people, it was a big apartment with 2 room. Big kitchen is available for guests with a lot of food available for free + a lot of equipment, so you can cook for yourself. There is terras outside, it's nice to sit there. Very near to train station, port, close to sightseeings, restaurants are just to hostel.

Looks rather like hostel. In general condition is so so. We had a room for 4 with view to street on one side and view to inside stair case on other side (not nice). Common area is very dark (dark colours + minimum daylight).

Value for money close to the station

Although not in the centre of Genova, the hostel is well located steps away from Piazza Principe station. The beds were comfortable, and clean, perfectly white sheets were waiting for me upon arrival. Each bed had its own shelf and light. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. I liked that the lifts are blocked with a code after 8pm for safety. There's a nice terrace and a lovely book corner in the kitchen. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. I didn't try breakfast. Although the bar can be noisy and lively, not sure about the rooms on the first floor, but mine was on the second floor and I couldn't hear anything.

There's nothing I "didn't like". I just would have s bigger sign saying "ostello bello" as I walked past without noticing the hostel haha

Awful. Decided to find for another hotel during the midnight as I arrived and saw that.

Very old furniture. Many interior items are broken. The windows can't be closed. The swarm on the street is mega loud and this can't be fixed by windows that aren't closing good enough. Very cold in December. Note, this was most expensive variant.

Great place to stay with family

Hotel Closeby the train station just 5 min walk which is excellent! The rooms with bunk beds were good and clean! staffs were very helpful which speaks English which is a plus point! We had a welcome drink with beers and that’s was great! Highly recommended for families.

good location of hostel, few parking garages nearby and also possible to park on the street if u are lucky (but u have to pay). staff is very friendly and helpful. everything you might need is within walking distance. also they have a bath in the room :) loved it

you get what you pay for - a bed and a bathroom. absolutely no amenities, not even a glass or a cup. the bed is not very comfortable, the overhead light was flickering, the door handle was broken. also they offer a lot at the hostel - bar, gym, game room, breakfast...but everything was 50/50 quality, for. ex in the game room everything is broken. for breakfast not very good choises too. this is good for a one night stay.

Great location, great facilities, clean bedrooms!!

Love the facilities, especially in the kitchen! The free food that was available was a great surprise, didn’t have to eat out!! My bed was also very clean and comfortable. Great location, right next to the train station as well.

I think the one or two of the staff could’ve been nicer sometimes when I came up to the desk to ask a question, but mostly everyone was nice

Great stay

Very nice hostel with great staff. Well equipped kitchen, super social vibe, gym and events. Cleaning staff as well are doing a good job to make both rooms and common areas clean (Thank you) :) Rooms are nice and beds comfy. I would definitely stay there again.
