Very nice place to stay

I was suprised from the room, as it was very spacy and nicely decorated. Also the shared bathroom was very spacious and kept tide. The internet was good without any issues. The location is perfect situated right in the middle between the central train station and the old town. Great value for money.

Very well located, nice accomodation for a couple of nights.

Stayed for only one night. Very clean and nice looking accomodation. Very well located, close to the train station and the seaside. All sights in the city can be quickly visited on foot. The cleaning lady was very kind and it surprised me that breakfast was included. (maybe I missed this information)

The only negative I can tell, is that Booking.com showed 6€ city tax for our stay, but we had to pay 16€ instead… (I don't want to talk against B&B Italian Guest Genova, but I have to address this somewhere, someone stole 100€'s from my wallet, and it probably happened at the accomodation, while we were away for a couple of hours. Maybe I'm mistaken, but be careful around here)

It was placed in a really good location, close to the station ‘Genova Piazza Principe’ and to the port.

Even if the room was comfortable, it was really noisy during the night and early morning. Besides, we payed for two nights with breakfast included and we didn’t get any the second day, encountering the lady who made breakfast when we had to leave (the breakfast was offered from 7:00 to 9:00 AM and we left at 7:30, because we had to find somewhere else to eat).

The place is clean and it is located right on Via Balbi, so everything is nearby. You can get very good restaurants, shops, cabs, buses, sites or trains in a short walk. They include breakfast in the rate and breakfast is quite acceptable, they provide a variety of options and do not restrict portions. The staff is attentive and helpful, they are always near if you need them.

The building entrance is not a good face for business, it smells bad, is dirty and looks like ruined. A different-contrasting thing when you cross the door of the B&B. The room windows face the street and there is a bus stop luminous sign that "sheds light into your dreams" at any time!! Finally, the room requires A/C desperately!!!

A member of the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Despite this he forgot his keys and I had to go open the front door for him in the middle of the night. The room was very warm and it was hard to sleep due to noises from the street.

"Interesting" night activities disturb the stay in an otherwise nice flat in Genua's old town

Just 5 minutes walk from central railway station Many small shops and restaurants outside Old town with beautiful architecture starting right if one continues walking down the street

Loud and even dangerous sounding noise inside the apartment apparently coming from the administrator (who has a room directly inside) and other people he let in around 4 am, it was impossible to sleep. When asked, the administrator pretended to be preparing breakfast (which started from 7 am). One felt that there may some side activities going on to maximize income. Already until midnight there had been noise from a TV set operated by the administrator.

Good for a short-term stay to visit the city

Excellent location close to the central station. If you keep the windows closed it's surprisingly quiet even though the accomodation is located on a busy street. Friendly, English speaking staff (one of the guys is hard to read, but still supportive). We were allowed to deposit our luggage without additional cost. The room was simple but has everything you need. For breakfast there was toast, yoghurt, muesli, freshly cut fruit, coffee, juice - more than you would expect in Italy.

It's a smaller place with only 3 rooms. 2 rooms share one bathroom, and there is 1 room with a private bathroom which is not en suite. No shelves in the bathroom - I am not sure where you are supposed to put your clothes while taking a shower.

Bien pero se puede mejorar

Es una vivienda con un salón central y las habitaciones alrededor. Hay microondas, nevera, tostadora, cafetera y tetera. No hay fuego ni placa para cocinar. La habitación era muy amplia con una cama enorme y un sofá cama. Está en vía Balbi que es una de las calles más interesantes de Génova. Con muchas atracciones turísticas cerca. Es la zona de las universidades. Lee lo que no me gustó para saber mi experiencia completa.

La cama era grande pero blanda. Y las almohadas también. Había aire acondicionado pero no había mando. Encendimos la calefacción pero nunca se llegó a calentar la habitación. Nos dijeron que nuestro baño era privado pero estaba justo al otro lado de la casa en el punto más lejano, abierto a todo el mundo (no tenia llave) y encendí la calefacción para que estuviera caliente y cuando volví alguien la había apagado… Mi estancia incluía el desayuno. Un desayuno barato sin opciones de alimentos proteicos. Solo grasas, hidratos y azúcares de mala calidad. Es por eso que muchas veces los pequeños detalles hacen la estancia más o menos desagradable.

Herşey temizdi ama nevresim battaniye altına serilmiş ve battaniyeye değiyorsunuz ister istemez. Geçirmeli bir nevrasim kullanılsa çok daha iyi olur. Kahvaltıda peynir ve yumurta yok ama aç da kalmıyorsunuz

Ritardo per il check in, ho dovuto aspettare almeno 20 minuti fuori dalla porta d’ingresso, nonostante avessi indicato sia in fase di prenotazione che poi per messaggio il mio orario di arrivo. L’attesa dovuta alla loro pausa pranzo. Sono arrivato in ritardo ad un impegno lavorativo per questo. Il personale assente e non ha fatto nulla per venire incontro alle mie richieste.

Experiência que espero nunca mais passar. Somente a localização é boa. Mas não vale a pena quando sua segurança está a perigo.

Logo que cheguei não gostei do local. Sem segurança, quarto com cheiro ruim e o banheiro sujo. Porém como cheguei à noite, resolvi não reclamar, pois pessoalmente quem nos recebeu não estava muito educado e fiquei com receio de não ter onde dormir. O anfitrião nos colocou num quarto que o acesso ao banheiro privativo passava pelo local de café da manhã dos hóspedes. Além de muito barulho, extremamente constrangedor. Anteriormente, avaliei de ficar mais um dia, até comentei com ele via WhatsApp, porém diante de todos os problemas, era completamente inviável ficar mais um minuto no local. Logo ao amanhecer comunicamos os problemas e finalizamos a diária contratada pelo booking. Neste momento fomos surpreendidos pelo anfitrião o qual nos constrangeu de forma ameaçadora, com agressões verbais e intimidadoras, além de se colocar fisicamente impedindo nossa passagem. Queria cobrar outra diária e taxas extras não previstas no booking. Pagamos as taxas previstas de impostos no valor de 6 euros em dinheiro e o mesmo se recusou a dar um recibo. Em resumo, uma experiência desastrosa e perigosa.
