Super location to enjoy all Genoa has to offer (and it is an undiscovered gem). Spotlessly clean and a very short walk from Principe Station (5 mins).

Great location especially if you arrive by train. Nice reception area with coffee machine, biscuits and kettle, perfect if you arrive late or leave early. Room & bathroom were very clean and the arrival information was very detailed with quick responses from the hosts

Location was very close to restaurants. It felt safe. The car was in a garage and it was easy to park and easy to find. Close to the port about 7 minutes away. The apartment was clean and quiet. The area was nice.

Excellent stay.

Excellent accommodation in a good location, short walk to central Genoa. We had everything we needed in our room and the accommodation had a kitchen/ communal area with the option for coffee or snacks. Luca was very friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of recommendations for our trip.

Wonderful apartment in the city centre

The apartment is wonderful, everything is newly furnished and extremly clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The bathroom is equipped with amenities kit (shampoo/shower gel, cotton pads) and is completely new and very cozy. The host was very nice and helpful, always available via whatsapp. The location is in the city centre. The check in is very easy and host sent very helpul instructions.

Parking. The host partners with the garage nearby and offer reduced price but the spot is not guaranteed. We arrived very late in the evening and were having trouble finding parking spot. However, the host is very helpful with recommending other parkings.

Central, but not noisy as they do have good windows. Luca is an awesome host and took care about a little problem with the boiler within no time. Free coffee for breakfast is nice as are the rooms.

Would have been perfect if the boiler have worked righ away but this was solved very quickly.

Location was good. 15 minutes walking to the centre. Room was clean and with all the necessary things we need. Although facing a main road, the windows are good, so no noise after windows closed. Check in instructions were clear and process was easy!

The accommodation was clean and there was a great attention to detail. The room was beautifully presented and had a good design element to it. Clean, there is air conditioning, which is important in very hot weather in Genoa. Offered coffee and biscuits and water. Very nice. The bathroom provides useful little things for residents, we immediately felt cared for.

The room is large and clean and it has all the necessary utilities. The location is very good, being close to both the Principe Train Station and the city center. I appreciated that the check-in instructions were simple and clear, and the communication with our host was excellent, we quickly received all the information we needed. it is surprising that the apartment are better than the pictures. huge and super clean with aesthetic furnitures. located on the 1st floor. 2 minutes walk from Genova Piazza Principe, 10 mins walk to aquarium and so many cafes and restaurants just below the apartment. the area are very safe and secure. And bonus luca the handsome host also very hands on and reachable 24/7 on whatsapp and check on us daily to make sure our stay are comfortable.

i don’t understand why this apartment isnt sold out quickly, considering everything are perfect and made our stay in genova more relax and pleasant.

Everything was so clean and stylish with love in every detail! The room and bathroom look so beautiful. You can walk from the apartment to almost every point of interest (sights, harbor etc.). Many bars and restaurants right before the apartment. You get a fresh bottle of water and cookies everyday. There’s even mouthwash in the toilet haha.

The only tiny little thing I could possibly say is, that there are only Italien tv channels on the TV. When you want to rest in the evening or after a day trip it would be nice to have something in different languages or at least in English.

The check in was fast and easy, and the host was very kind. The room was SUPER clean, and very spacious. Everything was so tidy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable, we slept like babies. It is central and near the train station, but it is still quiet, due to the isolated windows. We loved everything, and would definitely stay here again! :-)
