Budget hotel not so nice location

Cleaning ok, room ok

We were without water for about 6 hours, not being able to shower or use toilet, hotel didn`t compensate us for that. Location is not great, didn`t feel so safe..

A qualified "superb"

Renovated rooms. Decent buffet breakfast available for few euros extra. Comfortable stay overall. Close to main attractions around the harbour. Ideal for access to metro (20 metres away) and Principe railway station (200 metres away). Staff was friendly and helpful.

The surroundings are a bit rough though, especially if venturing in the small alleys nearby (which I do not recommend at night). So, keep situational awareness and exercise common sense whilst out and about in this city.

There were ants all over the room and it was unclean We had to request several times to change room and when we moved rooms there were still loads of ants, the shutter door was broken and banged all night in the storm and the hatch to the roof was open so the ladders banged about and water poured in. Also breakfast was very poor and over priced.

Highly recommended

This is our second time staying here because it is in a perfect location and in every other way it is perfect, clean, the staff is nice and helpful. A few steps from the train station, the Old Port is also close and the MSC Cruise Terminal is just a few minutes walk from here. We can always leave our luggage here upon arrival before check-in and even for a few hours after check-out. We will definitely come here again next time.

The breakfast is my only sad point, because as gluten-sensitive people we never have breakfast here because of the usual sweet Italian breakfast (sweet pastries). If you like this, feel free to have breakfast, because there is a wide selection of sweet breakfasts.

The breakfast was 8 Euro I took a drink as part of My Breakfast which I didn't Drink so I took it away to drink later and I was literally accused of Theft by the Breakfast lady that I was seen on cctv taking the Drink FROM MY BREAKFAST WHICH I HAD PAID FOR, She said I should either give the Drink back or Pay again for it how Ridiculous and Embarrassing

Staff were polite and nice

Hotel is in poor condition and in desperate need of renovation bed is vey uncomfortable even after changing room because of toilet seat was broken shower door was broken and bathroom door was too hard to open and close, scratches on bed post.

Very kind and nice

We loved the attention and everything, but the only thing we didn't like was the changed of the room, we didn't have a good view but otherwise everything was fine and I hope I can come back soon but with my family ❤️

The changed of the room, that wasn't ready on time, because we supposed to have a parcial view of the beach and that wasn't posible, but nothing else, everything was nice actually

Dobre miejsce jako przystanek w podróży.

Schludne oraz czyste pokoje, woda do picia darmowa, możliwość śniadania w formie Włoskiego bufetu (na słodko) za 8euro. Blisko dworca oraz przystanku autobusowego. Do ścisłego centrum jest +/- 15 min marszem.

La gentilezza del personale, la pulizia, l'efficienza delle dotazioni, il bagno nuovo e funzionale, la comodità del letto.

Forse un tantino di calore eccessivo durante la notte, (non ho trovato facilmente regolabile il termostato ambiente).

Muito bom, pra quem vai ou vem de um cruzeiro.

Localizacao perto do terminal de cruzeiros. Fonte de agua com acesso gratuito.Bom pequeno almoco. Guardaram as nossas bagagens antes do check in.

Ruido da rua, apesar das boas janelas. Falta de pao quando fui ao pequeno almoco. A porta do wc raspava no chao,o que provocava ruido sempre que alguem tinha que ir ao wc.

Dicembre Genovese

Le stanze sono state completamente ristrutturate e anche il bagno . Tt funzionale e pulito . Vicinissimo c’è il parcheggio della stazione il costo è 22 euro al giorno dalle ore 5 alle 24,00 altrimenti si paga a ora. L’hotel è al porto e si può raggiungere a piedi l’acquario. La sera però rimane un po’ isolato e non è consigliabile tornare a piedi se si rientra tardi.

IL MEGLIO AD UN PREZZO ECCELLENTE

Posizione eccellente, esattamente a metà tra la stazione di principe e la stazione marittima (3 minuti da una e 3 minuti dall’altra). Comodissimo, quindi, per chi viaggia in treno e poi in crociera, ma anche per chi desidera esplorare la città visto che può servirsi dell’adiacente stazione metropolitana. Camera pulita, completamente ristrutturata. Letto molto comodo. Check-in notturno senza alcun problema. Interessante la proposta di poter rifornirsi di acqua con un distributore ad ogni piano. Qualità prezzo imbattibile
