There is nothing luxurious about this place, and sadly quite the opposite of what their name states.

The location is close to the station, however we did not like the city much and might as well have stayed in the riviera for the same price.

First impression is the last impression, and unfortunately this was not a great start. We arrived and noticed that the AC was leaking water and the entire carpet was wet. We later discovered that the fridge was broken and had not been checked or fixed before we arrived. The bidet was clogged and water was not passing. While the team was very responsive and helped in resolving our concerns soon, I would have expected all these checks to have been done before arrival. All the issues resulted in us having a rather disappointing stay. I would not recommend the stay.

we enjoy our short stay there in Genoa and the surrounding beautiful area.

The location was excellent, so many restaurants and cafes around, 2 2-minute walk to the train station. also, the supermarket was within walking distance.

We were four people, and the suite had only one bathroom and toilet in the same place. If there had been an extra toilet, it would have been more comfortable.

Perfect for a quick stopover near the train station

Great location just a few minutes from the train station, ideal if you’re in transit or planning to travel onward to Nice. Check-in was quick and friendly, and I really appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings that gave it a charming, airy feel.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Limited selection and not very appealing overall, could definitely use some improvement.

The room was small but adequate for our needs as out all day most days. The room is modern with a modern bathroom.

The breakfast was not good of the 7 hotels we stayed in, in Italy this breakfast set up was the worst . With very rude and unfriendly staff. Although the rooms have been refurbished housekeeping and maintenance teams need to look after detailed in depth cleaning to keep it up to standard.

Had I known - I would have saved €50/night and stayed at best western..

The room was ok - but that’s all I would say. Cheap furniture and very plain. No art or anything in the room.

Extremely noisy.. at 0600 on the weekend mornings the trash outside is collected, meaning we were not rested. WiFi was almost not working, 2mb/s. Continual slamming door sound throughout the night and day. Two single beds pressed together so we kept falling through the middle. Staff seemed like robots, not much care. Didn’t ask how our stay was because I think they knew the answer..

Cosy hotel near the station

It is close to central train station which is good if you are here on route to cinque terra. The hotel is cosy and clean, quiet as it is near the university side.

The shower arrangement is a bit weird as the glass door is not long enough that you can't prevent water splash. Room is a bit dark as there is only 1 main light and is only near the desk.

Amazing location if traveling with train, just a 1 min walk from the train station. The room on the 4th floor was small and had a funky smell, perhaps from from the whole floor carpet? otherwise the room and toilet was really clean and worked well for our 1 night stay in Genova. Breakfast was small, but normal for Italy. Definitely money well spent.
