Just brilliant

Host very Reactive and welcoming. Sparkle Clean, spacious, very well decorated, everything you need for a family of four. The location is absolutely perfect. A short walk to everywhere! We enjoyed the acquario with our bambini which is just a 2 min walk away. Breakfast as soon as you walk out the door. There is also coffee/tea salon in the shared space of the Guest House which is appreciated when you cannot just pop out. Simona is very well organised and so kind. She came to help us at the parking place with our luggage. Very good care of her guests and the rooms. Would highly recommend.

Air conditioning was not very strong at night but manageable with open windows. The shower leaks on the floor but also manageable, just stressful that it will damage the floor. A part from these minor things, it was a lovely stay and would not hesitate to rebook.

Perfectly situated - old town and harbour nearby. Lovely host. Professional guidance to find parking area and the B&B itself.

The location was excellent. Our room was next to a cosy area with coffee and tea available. Bottled water was provided in our room. The hostess, Simona, was very friendly and helpful, including giving us a map and showing us places to go.

Perfect host

Host was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t get any better, right opposite to the aquarium! The only problem was our stay was way too short there! Hoping to come back one day! The room was so lovely and beautiful too. There were toys and books for children! My 5 yo daughter had a blast and we had a comfortable sleep.

Simona was great to work with and the accommodations were excellent!

Simona was a wonderful host and very helpful through the process of check-in, parking, and provided recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. The location was excellent and the accommodations were very clean.

It was a little tricky to find the building and get to the correct floor - but Simona shared pictures through Bookings.com messages that helped a lot.

Superb

We had a great stay here. The owners have put a lot of thought into the details here. The bed was extremely comfortable, the toiletries were great and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. You're on the ninth floor (with a lift) so you don't hear any of the noise from the street and have nice views over the city. There's a great shower and a bidet. Finally, all of the restaurant suggestions the owner gave us were excellent. Thank you!

The only thing we didn't like about the place itself was that the portable aircon unit in the room was a bit noisy. However, it worked a treat and we were grateful for it during a heatwave. I would say that you need to have your wits about you in this area of Genoa (and most other areas too, especially the buses). We live in Barcelona and could quickly identify the pickpockets here. Watch out for a group of guys 'playing' football nearby. If you're not going to the seafront, I highly recommend using the door that's to the left of the lift to leave the building. Having said all that, Genoa is an AMAZING city. We loved it.

Wonderful week-end in Genova

We spent 3 days in Genova and we were accommodated in this beautiful location. Simona, the host, the most kind person, welcomed us in a clean and tastefully decorated guest house, giving us plenty of useful information to walk about the city, places to discover, restaurants and bard to try. We had a spacious room, everything was clean. There is a common area, with a kitchenette, where you can make coffee or tea. We were lucky and Simona could accommodate our luggage until the departure hour to the airport, after the check-out. The location is in the Old Port, the old city is right behind it, with bus transportation right downstairs the building. We would totally recommend this location as well as the interaction with the host! Grazie, Simona!

Excellent location , nicely decorated cozy guest room , walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and etc. Simona is very friendly and knowledgeable about anything you ask 👍😊. Great view from the 9th floor to the Old City roofs. Highly recommend

What a lovely room in a great location.

The location could not have been better. Simona was so accommodating and friendly. She let us check in early which was so helpful. The room was spacious and very clean with a view. Having an elevator was an added plus.
