OK for one night, but do not expect fireworks.

Efficient self-checkin, very central location, large quadruple room, value for money

Cold room, bedsheets and thin duvets only while it's autumn/winter season, the sofa bed was not comfortable (kids slept there, not sure it is suitable for adults), the double bed was way too tough. Very noisy (both from within the building, and from the outside with party people on a saturday). We did not sleep well at all.

Uncomfortable, no sewerage, bad shower utilities

Had a fridge, android TV, 5g wifi, comfortable bed, location is good. Carrefour is next to the hotel. Easy check in, responsive staff.

No canalisation! Sewerage does not work at all! This is unbelievable, I took a bath and the whole room was flooded, the water in the shower was not washed away. Also, they came up with this damn bidet, instead of just screwing a small shower and a faucet near the toilet. Why do we need another toilet but with a faucet? It’s terribly inconvenient, especially if you’re clean person. From bath, All the water flowed into the room and absorbed to the floor, I noticed only after the shower. The whole process of showering I stood in the shower, in the water, as if it were a bath. I had to wipe this water myself so as not to flood other rooms. The water pressure is disgustingly weak, it is impossible to shower after a hard tourist day. The noise of the neighbors can be heard as if they are in your room. The sockets are idiotic, with three thin holes. As always, the Italians decided to show themselves, but it turned out like in the case of a bidet - stupid and uncomfortable. The city is beautiful, but in front of my eyes, pickpockets opened the trunk of the car, stole a backpack, and argued with everyone that it was theirs. They took it and left. Overall, city is nice, hotel is bad, italians are nice, migrants are terrible, food is tasty, coffee is cheap,

Superó ampliamente mis expectativas, colchón y almohadas un 10, limpieza y comodidades otro 10. Cuando me enviaron las indicaciones para entrar creí que iba a ser complicado, pero fué muy sencillo. Está en una zona central, supermercado carrefour en frente.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno da Mami Affittacamere: la posizione è davvero strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, dalle principali attrazioni come l’Acquario, è ideale per visitare Genova a piedi. La pulizia della camera e del bagno è stata ottima, e abbiamo trovato l’alloggio semplice ma confortevole, frigorifero con delle bottigliette di acqua (grazie) e tutti i servizi essenziali. Lo spazio è funzionale per soggiorni di una o più notti. Comunicazione ottima, l’accesso con istruzioni chiare e la possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima del check-in sono un plus che abbiamo apprezzato.

Consiglio da migliorare la doccia, non esce molta acqua, e l’isolamento acustico della porta, perché si sentono i rumori dal corridoio dove ci sono le altre camere, ma noi non abbiamo avuto alcun fastidio e non abbiamo sentito nulla.

Schone ruime kamer met een zitbankje. Goede locatie

Ik verbleef hier 4 dagen en had geen WiFi. De eigenaar probeerde het te verhelpen maar zonder succes. Het inchecken gaat middels codes dus als je daar niet zo handig in bent is dit wel een dingetje. Geen roomservice (geen groot nadeel)

Близость к центру города, рядом маленький магазин. Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца, ванная комната тоже чистая, в комнате есть холодильник и вода.

Окно выходит на стену, из-за этого в комнате нет света и даже днем приходится включать искусственное освещение. Цвет стен комнаты серый и в целом комната выглядит не очень уютно.

L’emplacement est top, proche du centre ville et le logement agréable et calme. Super communication avec l’hôte.

Habitación bonita y muy limpia. El trato con gio, excelente y con ganas de ayudar en todo momento , y el lugar a unos 15 m andando del porto antico

Para mí gusto, el tema de acceso debería de ser un poco mas claro. En las instrucciones "entendi", que el lugar donde estaba la llave era en la entrada, abajo. Y esta una vez entras a la zona de habitaciones. Y por otro lado, especificar que una vez escrito el código de entrada, hay que "pulsar la campanita" que está en el mismo panel

Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Gênes

La chambre est idéalement située à quelques mètres de la rue Garibaldi et de ses palais. Le retrait de la clé se fait en autonomie. Nous avons apprécié la présence du ventilateur de plafond, de l'ascenseur pour monter au troisième étage avec nos valises, du petit frigo, et de guides touristiques dans le hall d'entrée.

Il manque un endroit pour suspendre les grandes serviettes de bain. Deux crochets derrière la porte de la salle de bain feraient amplement l'affaire.

Situation parfaite, proche du centre ville. Petite supérette juste à côté. Explications quant à l'arrivée très précises, et contact WhatsApp sympa. Vraiment très propre!! TV connectée, les enfants étaient contents, Wifi fonctionne très bien !

Posto ottimo per passare una notte a Genova

Camera che offre ciò che ci si aspetta da un soggiorno di breve durata, posizione centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche e al centro. Le indicazioni fornite per messaggio sono state brevi e puntuali.

Le camere sono un po’ spoglie, il lavandino del bagno risulta essere un po’ piccolo e la pressione dell’acqua della doccia non ottimale.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Großes Zimmer, alles sauber. Habe die Gastgeber zwar nie gesehen, aber einfacher Self-Checkin und -out mit klaren Anweisungen per WhatsApp. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, gute Lage direkt bei der Via Garibaldi, Bus zum Bahnhof Piazza Principe zwei Minuten entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Dusche mit sehr geringem Wasserdruck, keine Handbrause. Leider kein Wasserkocher o.ä. (wird aber auch nicht angegeben).
