It’s a nice choice if you want to be close to city center and also enjoy the view of the harbor.

The location is perfect. It is very close to public transportation and restaurants. The view from balcony is beautiful but it would be safer if the rail was higher.

The elevators in the building were very old and slow. The ceiling was even broken.

A great spot to tour Genoa!

We loved the view of the harbor from our room. Loved the location, although we had a little trouble finding the building. The building isn’t in great shape but the staff quickly answered our call and directed us clearly and quickly checked us in and gave us some good recommendations for dinner. We only stayed one night and luckily picked the right restaurant for a fabulous meal!

Unfortunately we could not have our bags held after checkout b/c the front desk has limited hours.

The location is perfect ! The instructions to find the building are very clear it is easy to access. The room was clean, there is a small fridge, shampoo, shower gel etc and plenty of towels !

The apartment is very nice, clean and has an amazing location, directly at the port, Aquarium and close to several attractions. The staff is very friendly, we received all necessary information before our check-in so everything ran smoothly. There is a big parking haus within 3 min walking distance, with the discount from accommodation we paid 24€ for 24h.

Great view and perfect for exploring the old town

Superb view of the harbour - one could watch the comings and goings all day! But perfectly situated for the old town too.

Entry directions to the building were not clear. Although the view was fabulous, the balcony was noisy mainly from the traffic on the highway that skirts the harbour.

I LOVED the view and sitting on the generously-sized, beautiful balcony! Absolutely priceless! Loved the pretty blue tile in the bathroom too.

A good place to stay, in a great location to explore Genoa.

Location great: the guest house is a group of apartments on the 11th floor. Room very clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the port from our balcony. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Bluripa Guest House.

Would have preferred to have a kettle in our room with the coffee/tea facilities, rather than going into the communal area to make a coffee, in my pjs.

Great space, great location in the city, very friendly staff, but some noise issues from next door.

Claudia at Reception was excellent: friendly, responsive and informative. Our unit was clean and spacious, and the building is in a great location overlooking the harbour and is in the historic centre.

The guest house is in an office building. Our unit on the 7th floor was next to an insurance brokerage or some such business, and the business rolls down a security gate when it shuts the office at the end of the business day. But someone would open the security gate at weird hours, for example at 10 pm on a Friday evening or 3 am on a Sunday morning, with all the grating noise that entails, and there is little soundproofing between the hallway and the unit. So while the location of the guest house within Genoa is excellent, the location of our particular unit next to a business that was being accessed at weird hours is not ideal.

Great location and view above the Port, room was comfortable and modern. Were able to leave our bags in reception for the day while we explored.

Lift to level 11 was a bit terrifying! Old building, hopefully they can replace them soon.

The room is pretty clean and it has a private balcony which u can enjoy the breathtaking view of Genova.

The drainage was clogged in the shower room, but they fixed it soon.

I left a stuff of mine in room when I checked out. I asked them about, they found it and told that they canot ship it to me, but can keep it for when i pass there, i can get it. After 2 week, i wanted to get it by sending my friend there, but they told that they can not find it !!! so sorry
