Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale... e soprattutto pulito.
Appartamento posizionato all'interno dei "Carrugi" genovesi, ma molto vicino al Museo del Mare (500 metri) e all'Acquario (300 metri). Posizione strategica per visitare la città in quanto ci sono fermate dell'autobus e la metro a due passi. L'appartamento non è grandissimo ma ha tutto l'occorrente per un breve soggiorno. C'è anche un piccolo angolo cottura condiviso con gli altri appartamenti.
Scale per andare sul soppalco/bagno un po' troppo rumorose, rischiano di svegliare gli altri occupanti. Isolamento acustico non molto efficace, se di notte ci sono schiamazzi lungo via San Luca, si sente tutto.

Struttura bellissima in pieno centro facilmente raggiungibile ,appartamento pulito e profumato con tutti i comfort Gentilissimi gli Host e disponibili ci hanno fatto anche tenere i bagagli in deposito per girare la città !consiglio e tornerò di sicuro !

Appartement très bien placé entre la vieille ville et les rues plus modernes. Tout se fait à pied. La chambre est neuve et très agréable.
Cuisine partagée avec 3 chambres. Je ne l avais pas compris dans l annonce. Pas vraiment d endroit pour manger.

Assistenza INESISTENTE.
Camera carina, posizione ottima, tutto pulito
Servizio assistenza PESSIMO. Inesistente. Non esiste modo di contattare qualcuno per avere assistenza. Viene riportato un numero a cui non risponde nessuno o parte direttamente la segreteria. Siamo arrivati tardi (22.30 circa) e abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad accedere. L'host ci ha lasciati a vagare per strada fino quasi a mezzanotte senza degnarsi di rispondere né a chiamate né a mail né a messaggi sull'app. Abbiamo persino iniziato a cercare altri hotel dove poter dormire nel frattempo. Rifiutava tutte le chiamate e alla fine ha risposto con un messaggio dicendo che eravamo pregati di smettere di chiamare -mentre noi eravamo per strada alle 23.40 senza un posto dove dormire perché non riuscivamo ad accedere alla stanza che avevamo prenotato e pagato. Se avesse risposto al telefono questa situazione si sarebbe risolta subito nel giro di qualche secondo. Chi prenota può incappare in qualunque tipo di problema o difficoltà (ritardi, bagagli smarriti, telefono scarico, o anche semplicemente difficoltà legate all'età -se nella nostra situazione ci fossero stati i miei genitori non sarebbero mai riusciti ad accedere alla camera). Qualunque sia il problema, non esiste che nessuno si renda disponibile per dare assistenza, anche minima.
