Very comfortable hotel near the main station (piazza Principe) with excellent helpful courteous personnel and an excellent breakfast. My courtyard room (4th floor) was quiet and bright.
There is a lift from the road to the hotel and another to the rooms, but there are a few unavoidable steps between reception and the rooms. (I was helped with my heavy suitcase).

Location is within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and everything Genoa has to offer. Staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Having available the breakfast really helped get the day off right; perfect variety for all. The hotel has been maintained extremely well and provided modern day comfort. Real life Genoa!
Honestly there was nothing we didn't like. The accommodations were comfortable, reasonable value, safe, clean, and helpful staff.

Very nice clean room with a beautiful view - great walk-in shower in a newly renovated bathroom. Friendly staff. Very convenient location close to the train station.
