It was located in the city center,easy to access. Breakfast was provided by/in a very cute cafe. Kitchen and common room were always clean, hotel itself was quiet, people were respectful.

No air conditioning, only fan and it was not enough. Area was being very loud during the nights, had to ise earplugs. Shared bathroom with multiple rooms.

Nice hostess, very clean and big room.

Our room didn’t have airconditioning so, seeing that we visited in summer, it was way too hot to be able to sleep comfortably.

Very nice spacious appartment with nice owner who welcomed us and made us feel at home. Great location within the old town with very nice view from the breakfast room.

As It is in the old town, some of the rooms are towards a dark alley, so our room was quite dark and noisy, but that is part of being in the Center.The advantage was that it was not too hot

We had the whole place to ourselves and it was in a great location in Genoa.

The staff was nice, albeit not available to help with the check in process in person. We were also told there would be breakfast, but the morning we were leaving, they seemed to have forgotten to put breakfast out.

The room was big and spacy. Good that they had tv. It was clean.

The internet didnt worked, also if you dont have a european phone you cannot enter the building, the breakfast was not good, its a self service b&b. There was an elevator that you cannot use.

Gute Innenstadtlage, Zimmer leider laut, hell und heiß

Gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt, sehr nette Betreiber. Gutes Schlüsselsystem. Per Telefonanruf wird die Türe zur Wohnung geöffnet.

- Gemeinschaftsbad war im Bereich der Dusche leider voller Schimmel. Hier wurde nicht gut geputzt. Gemeinschaftsbad war grundsätzlich sehr dreckig. (Die Betreiber haben dazu Feedback von uns bekommen und versprachen Besserung) - Unser Zimmer gehört eigentlich zum Gemeinschaftsbereich und wurde durch eine Schiebetüre abgetrennt. Morgens hat man die Leute im Gemeinschaftsraum laut gehört. - Bett war nur eine Schlafcouch und kein richtiges Bett - Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator vorhanden, bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur war an Schlaf nicht zu denken - Fenster sind alt und schließen nicht richtig, also hat man den Lärm vom Platz draußen eins zu eins im Zimmer gehört. Ohrstöpsel haben auch nicht geholfen. - Zimmer kann nicht abgedunkelt werden. --> Die anderen Zimmer scheinen besser zu sein. Bei Buchung auf jeden Fall angeben, nicht das Eckzimmer zu wollen! Dieses sollte von den Betreibern gar nicht angeboten werden!

Sauber, gute Ausstattung.

Mitten in der Altstadt. Somit sehr lebendig und laut. Fenster schließen nicht richtig, also kein Lärmschutz. Das Frühstück ist ein Kaffee und Brioche p. P., kein Buffet.

Die Größe des Zimmers. Sauberkeit.

Die Voucher für das Frühstück hatten wir übersehen (für den ersten Tag). Für Geräuschempfindliche Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer getrennt von Aufenthaltsraum durch Schiebetür und Oberlicht. Eine Person hat hier sehr früh am Morgen gesessen und vor allem das durchscheinende Licht hat mich gestört.

Struttura in posizione comoda, chek in chiaro e veloce , anche se non in presenza.Stanza ampia e sala comune molto curata. Unica pecca il bagno unico in fondo, piccolo e senza finestra.
