Wonderful hosts, delicious & beautifully presented breakfast. convenient location in lovely neighborhood.comfortable double bed. Comforts such as in-room tea/ coffee, toiletries & an extra heater were provided.

Our recent stay at Georgian House was truly wonderful and made even more meaningful as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary.
Olga and James were wonderful hosts—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Each morning, we were treated to a superb continental breakfast, beautifully presented with an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options.
James’s deep knowledge of the local history added a unique and memorable touch to our visit. His storytelling was not only fascinating but delivered with such humour that it became a highlight of our stay. Olga was equally delightful, offering thoughtful recommendations for places to dine and visit, all of which enhanced our experience of Edinburgh.
We had a truly wonderful stay and leave with many cherished memories of a very special occasion. We would wholeheartedly recommend Georgian House to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable place to stay.

Hosts are lovely and friendly. Olga’s breakfast is amazing!! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The local Italian restaurant is fantastic!
It was really cold in Edinburgh and the room was subsequently too chilly. We could’ve done with an extra blanket, please, and a hotter radiator.
