Lovely, lovely house and very friendly owners. Clean rooms! Breakfast was good (croissant, toast, fruit, yoghurt, serials, boiled egg). Location was top as we could park our car at the house and busses are close by.
Room was a bit small, but okay for 2 nights. Else nothing to complain really.

Can’t fault it

Wonderful continental breakfast beautifully presented. Olga and James were very friendly and outgoing. We liked the fresh air coming in from the bedroom window. Lovely and clean.
Our room was a little small for us (my husband is 6.4") but obviously they were not to know that, and perhaps I should have said something. We found the shower quite a challenge and perhaps some instructions would have been helpful!

Hosts are lovely and friendly. Olga’s breakfast is amazing!! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The local Italian restaurant is fantastic!
It was really cold in Edinburgh and the room was subsequently too chilly. We could’ve done with an extra blanket, please, and a hotter radiator.
