So perfect for an overnight stay with children and we will definitely return for longer next time!

Great location with quick access to city centre, and very quiet at night. Lovely style, functional and spotlessly clean. Great shower too! Owners were very helpful prior to trip.

Excellent location, stylish and comfortable large space.

Lots of space and excellent location for us. Close to longterm parking and as central as you can get. Stylish interior. Clean bedding and towels. Easy access. Ensuite for second bedroom and comfortable and clean beds. Great to have coffee pods, milk and some iron bru left as a courtesy. Though we had a couple of problems, staff replied quickly and attempted a solution. Washer/dryer available and also locker storage. Stylish interior with high quality furnishings, which while sparce, were attractive. A modern and comfortable approach to accommodation. Unfortunately obviously appreciated by some, due to evident damage interior and fixtures.

Sofa stained. Missing cushions. Missing lightbulb. Tvs were not programmed and both missed many or all channels and services wouldn't work. We were provided with a firestick, which had to be configured and then the Internet went. Utterly useless. Was hard to relax during the short stay due to these issues. Spent a long time trying to simply communicate and configure things. Heating was not easy to configure. The beautifully large rooms took a while to heat and the settings weren't right. Broken bins and dirty cooking/dining-ware. Looked onto gardens at rear from basement flat. Gardens were pruned but vastly unkempt. Not good provision for clothes hanging.

Customer service UNACCEPTABLE (non-existent)

Customer service during my stay was nonexistent. It's understandable that there might be issues upon arrival, but once reported, the lack of response or even an attempt to resolve them is unacceptable. No coffee machine (it was broken), no spoons, no teacups, no Netflix—no, no, no to so many other things. I hope everything is OK when you arrive because no one will offer you any solutions.

A lovely mid week break in a very pleasant, comfortable apartment

Great location for our visit to the Lyceum Theatre and the Castle. Very comfortable

The crockery was either insufficient or damaged. But apart from that it was well equipped pan and cooking utensils wise.

Quiet yet central to the castle side of Edinburgh

Lovely property in a great location for the castle and Royal Mile, and Princes St. It was an amazing property, neutral decor, great kitchen and bathroom and a cosy bedroom overlooking the gardens and backs of the other tenements. Very quiet area and we managed to park outside, but there was a NCP carpark nearby

A fantastic apartment in a perfect location. It has everything you could want: sound system, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine… and one of its key features is a dedicated luggage storage area available at no extra cost.

A lovely wee apartment, was great for our wee family to have a base to explore the city.

The property was really lovely. The bottles of Irn Bru were very much appreciated and a great touch. The location was perfect, close enough to everything, but far enough away that we didn’t get bothered by any noise. We will be booking again.

Location was ideal for us, car park across the road, the castle no more than a ten minute walk away.

This apartment was very clean, very convenient to Edinburgh and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we also had a newborn with us and they provided a cot and lots of little extras that made our stay feel really personable. When communicating with the Castle Terrace staff they were a delight and so very helpful. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in edinburgh.

One night in Edinburgh

The location is phenomenal with a view of the castle as walk out the front door, exactly as in the images. It’s a very spacious apartment and furnished to a very high quality. It’s a shame we only have one night, as it has all the comforts you need for a longer stay.

We returned home late and could only manage two hot showers, so had two cold showers, this may have something to do with the timing of the hot water. However, all was back to normal in the morning and made up for it with welcome hot shower.

Exceptional accommodation

We had a fabulous stay! The accommodation was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect and close to everything. One of the best things was how quiet it was inside the unit, so peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend to stay here!
