This is a magical place to stay. The building is glorious and the refurbishment of this very old building has been extraordinarily well done. There is the most delightful little garden at the back as well, which was an amazing bonus. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our dog - thank you for being able to accommodate this. Thank you for the pint of milk and the tea and coffee - very helpful and thoughtful.
The instructions for getting in could be clearer: perhaps let guests know that all the apartments are accessed via the tower staircase when you come through the main door from the street? Our studio strangely had very little cutlery (one knife, three forks, no spoons apart from some very tiny teaspoons) so we would have struggled to eat any meals in, but we were only there for a night and ate out so this was not a problem for us.

Excellent location, next door to Holyroodhouse. Immaculate apartment with great view. Super comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Lovely bathroom with great shower etc. products. And a pint of milk in the fridge! I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Would have preferred a microwave to an oven. Very steep stairs to tower apartments. Do-able but not easy!

Great location right beside the Palace. Lovely modern apartment in old building nicely decorated. Plenty of space to relax. Quiet and able to sllep well.
The apartment location is tricky to find and should be more easily described. A small issue but the while the bathrooms are modern, there is nowhere to place the supplied products except on the floor of the shower, which is difficult and dangerous if you are older.
