Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed. Customer service is also very good. Location is good, with a lovely view of the castle.
Our room overlooked the back of hotel and i was woken by the sound of drilling at 7:45am! (Not great as i had hoped for a long lie) Ordered a burger from room service menu and requested a few noted ingredients to be left off, which they were, however it arrived covered in mayo (there was no mention of it having mayo on menu so a bit frustrating as if i had known i wouldve requested it was left off - id recommend the menu is updated to include ALL ingredients in the dishes). I did share this with receptionist who immediately removed it from bill so couldnt fault the customer service.
