Sheraton Grand Edinburgh

Everybody wanted to help and nothing was too much to ask for. The room was stunning very well equipped

I didn't like the fact that we were told we can use all the facilities only to find out once in the pool area there was an extra charge if we wanted to use the jacuzzi. Also there were 4 small milk sachets in the room, the cups were very small and kettle was very small. The room as I said was very very well equipped, but these little things let it down slightly. We did ask a member of staff and were given 2 small bottles of milk which was more than enough.

Beautiful break in a beautiful hotel.

Room was spacious, bathroom was well equipped with Baath and walk in shower, plenty of space to hang all our clothes.Location was central to everything we needed, and the food in the hotel was exceptional.

Disappointed as hairdryer was broken and it took to next day to get it replaced. Breakfast was not very good as I am vegan and I did notify them that before the stay.

A nice piece of luxury

Great location within walking distance of the important landmarks. Hotel clean and staff all very welcoming service excellent.

Main pool needs a bit of work, looking dated rusty under the bridge and missing tiles in pool. Also feel all access to all the pool areas should be as standard, rather than having to have to pay on top of your room price.

Perfect weekend away

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were all so welcoming, went above & beyond for us. Rooms were sooo nice and clean, everything about this hotel is just perfect. Would really recommend for anyone and the location was great too!!!

No access to rooftop pool- surcharge of £48 to access. Vegetarian breakfast awful- poor sausages and haggis dried up. Coffee at breakfast from a machine. Whole property feels slightly tired.

Overpriced hotel.

Location.

Immediately have to pay £50 upfront making you feel like you are going to run away without paying for any services. Which then can take up to 3 days to return. Sauna was cold. Spa seriously over priced. Rooms are small and no noise privacy in the washroom.
