Location was ideal for Usher Hall bus stop outside the Hotel. Had a good view of the hills surrounding Edinburgh. Breakfast very tasty with good selection. No tea/coffee in room however free Tea/coffee at reception.
The beds a little too high not very comfy apart from that no complaints.

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The bathroom clean with adequate towels.
There was no ramp to roll the luggage. To get to the elevator required going through a heavy door, making it awkward if your hands were full. The room was TINY, obviously a suite divided in two to accommodate more customers. The switch by the bed didn't work and had to be round off by the bathroom.
