    Great location , I wish I could remember the name of the woman at the desk who changed my room for me, she was so helpful, especially as I was initially told there was no Biggy room available with a bath but she found one (and one that wasn’t level -1). It would be good if the TVs in the room were smart TVs. It would also be good to be told at check in about the option to book the cinema room

    Staff and hotel were excellent for our stay. Room was clean and staff responded to any questions we had. I would recommend and stay again.
