Overall it was a lovely apartment but wouldn’t book again due to having a pushchair and no staff

The building itself was quiet however the roads below were very noisy 24/7 I know this is not the property’s fault however I feel guests should be aware before booking , the room was very clean and spacious and fully equipped

Not pushchair accessible the double doors round to our room are not wide enough to get through unless you open both a struggle when trying to push your newborn and there are a set of four steps in the main entrance again a struggle with a pushchair , noisy roads below , trouble with the heating panel inside the apartment , smoke alarm went off in the early hours and weren’t attended too until that afternoon so an irritating high pitched ringing , fire alarm went off through the building and no one contacted us to say if it was a drill a real fire or an accident

Wonderful

I got the 1 bedroom with queen bed apartment and it was a fantastic stay. The furniture the apartment itself is modern. Also, the most important factor for when choosing an apartment is the safety and this apartment has a pin locked entrance door system and all apartments open with a card not a key. I’ll for sure stay here again if I come to Bournemouth in the future

This property is fairly new and the very small issues we had can easily be fixed. We will be back!

Super, super clean. The management were very helpful if we needed anything. Around town, everything was within easy walking distance. Great to have a heated towel rail in the bathroom - no wet towels!

There was no information about appliances etc. We thought the oven wasn't working but you had to press a certain button for a specific amount of time before it turned on. TV mains was off when we got there so we had to call someone. A guidance booklet would have helped. Also - we were 3 so someone slept on the sofa bed in the lounge however the open plan layout meant the automatic light outside the bathroom went on at any movement so kept disturbing the person sleeping on the sofa bed.

Amazing comfortable holidays 😊

Great pretty spacious modern apartment. Very clean and support agent is very responsive. It is very secure place, has lift and just short walk to bus stop and train station. Beach is 5 min away too.

No manual switch for lights in corridor. No standard free view TV channels and Netflix profiles are all filled in, so we didn’t know if we can use it. Drunks shouting during the night outside. However, these points have not extremely effected our stay

Very relaxing stay, would defiantly book again .

The apartment was modern and built to a very high standard ( the air con was lovely for warm nights ) , the building was very safe , secure and quiet .The nearest beach was five minutes walk.

The oven and hob could do with some instructions (there's a child lock on the grill/oven; press the middle button for three seconds, and the hobs don't come on until there's a pan on them).

Lovely staycation in the sun!

The apartment was absolutely stunning! Super clean, cosy and very quiet. Ali and the team were also wonderful and showed great hospitality, accommodating both for a late checkout and car parking. The location is awesome close to shops, restaurants and close walk to the beach. Would 100% recommend booking your next Bournemouth trip here, you will not regret it!

The Lookout

The flat was well presented, as shown and had lots of useful things.

The flat is in a very central location which could be a physical but it is quite noisy. Although the flat was comfortable, it was a bit of a squeeze for 3

It is self-catering, the location is very central - maybe a 5 min walk to the beach. The building was cleaned every day and the majority of the other guests were very polite and friendly.

Newly renovated , good location and with air conditioned, so keep the noise outside.

The washing machine is in the laundry room outside the apartment and has to be shared with other residents. There is no bedsheet for the sofa bed. A toaster is needed.

Appartement bien équipé et prés de gare : propre et calme. Superbe

J'ai appelé plusieurs fois le numéro de téléphone indiqué dans l'annonce car nous étions trompé de logement : ils nous ont redirigé avec patience. Nous n'arrivions pas à fermer une fenêtre : un coup de fil et 15 mn après une personne est venu nous dépanner. Accueil au top! Appartement apparemment juste refait. Bien équipé dans la cuisine et pour la douche (avec de grandes serviettes). Restaurants dans la rue à côté. A 10mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire. Impeccable pour rejoindre la gare de Wool pour le Tank museum. Une superbe base arrière !

Il manque un petit endroit pour sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de bain.

La estancia fenomenal, nos recibió Andy , fue muy amable y atento. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la persiana de la habitación e inmediatamente fue solucionado sin problema alguno. El apartamento tal como lo describen en el anuncio. Perfecto para una estadía por vacaciones. Limpio y muy agradable. Muy bien ubicado, en menos de 15 minutos caminando llegas a la playa y si viajas en coche a menos de 5 minutos caminando encuentras Madeira road multi-storey car park un parking por el que pagas solo £6,30 por 24 horas. En resumen ha sido una excelente elección 10 /10

Mejoraría un poco el mantenimiento de los ascensores
