The location was good and the room clean , however I would not return to this hotel

Hotel situated near town centre and also the beach. Check in was pleasant, staff member was very helpful when I enquired about directions to an event I was attending.

The hotel is no way 4* as advertised, it’s very dated and tired looking, beds uncomfortable and the cooked breakfast was dreadful, not cooked properly, lots of patrons complained about it .

Had a great night stay,for the price with breakfast included and great location few minutes from Bournemouth Pier and BIC you can't go wrong with this hotel.Its bit old fashioned but everything was clean and in working order plus the room was huge with comfy sofa which i didn't even expect.

Lovely stay, incredible view from our room, exquisitely clean room for its value.

The venue that breakfast is served is a nice place to eat and enjoy a cup of coffee but service was sadly poor and the staff were unorganized but still polite.

By the time we arrived for breakfast, shortly before 9:00am jugs with juice and milk were empty, there were no bread left and nobody was refilling anything until we asked some milk for the children so they could eat some cereals. I had a coffee barely described as coffee! We didn’t order for the hot breakfast because having a look on the tables around us nothing seem to be worth the try.. So when a hotel includes a continental breakfast at the room’s price should firstly, provide it at least and secondly, have some descent standards. Don’t make costumers believe that they would have one included, because respectfully is a joke.

Great location and staff but no bar or evening restaurant

Staff were extremely friendly especially front desk. Great location for the BIC Rooms were tired in decor and furnishings but comfy

It advertises a bar yet when going to it before we went out it was closed and only seems to be used for breakfast. Breakfast itself was bland and not the best. Tea and coffee were luke warm so hot milk had to be asked for

Great location but hotel a bit tired.

Great location opposite the BIC and pier. Staff were very good. This was our second visit, first about 18 months ago. Hotel now under new management. They have a huge task. The hotel is tired and desperately need upgrading. The heating system is not up to the job. The room was.not warm. Breakfast was fine, if a little light. The restaurant was not operating for evening meals. Some plans for the Spring I think. In fairness the stay price for one night was good.

great location for what i wanted.

I was there for an event at BIC and so the location was perfect and the hotel was well layed out, my room was very comfortable and i enjoyed the stay.

I was disapointed on parking, when i first booked the hotel it said that it had limited parking but that it did have parking, when i arrived i was pleased to see the empty carpark but was told it was for blue badge only and so i parked in a carpark next door for around £22 for the 3 days. What made this disapointing was that during my stay i had a view of the car park and only seen 1 car on the first day and nothing after that. so it was dispaointing to not be able to use the carpark.

2 star not 4 star ... If you want luxury, go somewhere else

False advertising. Rated 4 star luxury however that was from the previous hotel owners which was called the Park Central. This should be a 2 star rated hotel. Dated furniture, wobbly bed, plastic cups, wobbly toilet seat. Undercooked breakfast and water flasks for your tea and coffee. Sorry but this is not 4 star luxury. I have emailed the hotel and booking com to inform them of my concerns.

Hotel closed with no communication

Hotel was closed when we turned up - communication leading up to stay did not tell us the hotel had closed. Could not get hold of anyone and had to find alternative accommodation

Lovely

All the staff I met were absolutely lovely. I was in room 402, massive size. I found the beds really comfortable.one of the best sleeps i have had in ages. Breakfast included was decent Close to town and the beach. Would stay here again

The Park hotel could hit the mark if it embarks with a spark

Friendly and welcoming staff, who will make your stay as best as possible. Also and good location close to the beach and BIC. Clean room and the hotel utilises The crab restaurant which has a good reputation for evening dining.

Need’s completely refurbished. No amenities and this is quite a small hotel. I would say that it’s a 2 star rating as this hotel has no entertainment area, or garden, spa or anything in terms of recreation areas, however this boutique hotel uses the Crab restaurant which has a bar area and this is rather nice. Some interesting Painting and decorating could be done to make the entrance a little more appealing, similar to the Queens hotel which has some lovely decor, and could offer this hotel a spark. Perhaps a sofa or seating in the reception area also may help.

Breakfast is amazing, and the staff are so efficient. All of the staff, including the restaurant and domestic staff, always say, "Good morning" and wish you well when you are leaving. The reception staff go above and beyond and never fail when it comes to excellent customer service. The hotel should be five-star rated

Good but could be better .

I think the breakfast could have more variety and the extra type of coffees you had to pay for ,most hotels this is included in the price .

The bedroom furniture is looking very tired now and my sister's room had water dripping through the ceiling so they had to be moved .we have been staying at Parc Central for years now , but now I think it is in need of refurbishing .

Great spot overlooking the beach. Lovely old building with high-ceilinged spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Undercover parking just across the road. Nice restaurant.

Awesome stay in an old-fashioned room that had style, safety and charm.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Staff helped me carry luggage up to room. The room was huge for one person. The highlight in the room for me was having a little room with a writing desk and chair in it, attached to the room. Breakfast was good with a buffet. Hotel is situated close to the Bournemouth pier and beach, within walking distance.

The lifts were not working but the staff helped me with luggage.

Lovely hotel for nearby theatre visit

The member of staff on reception at check in was exceptional. He helped me download an app to access parking . He was polite and helpful and took us to our room . When we went out in the evening another member of staff called a taxi for us and the dining staff lady was very kind helpful and respectful.

The only thing was , we had a meal in the crab restaurant, the restaurant was superb as was the meal , but a little pricey for the amount given . But the breakfast which was included was lovely and very filling .

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was huge and had the nicest view. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the bar was lovely! The BIC is literally across the road which is the reason we booked this hotel but I cant wait to stay again.

Perfect weekend.

Excellent experience from start to finish, from the reception staff, to the accomodation which is in a great location, also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely first class, as was the evening meal in 'The Crab'. We will be returning again.

Fantastic location but hotel needs updating, felt old, definitely not worth £206 for one night. Staff were friendly.

I liked that it was close to the beach and I was going to a concert which was right across the road so fantastic location. Staff were friendly.

It was very run down, I stayed in room 409 and although the view was lovely the room looks very dated, floors looked old and were creaky the door didn’t shut behind you and was squeaky. The bed was so uncomfortable my daughter slept on the sofa as she hated the bed and we both only got 3 hours sleep. There is no air conditioning only fans We were told by a member of staff we could use the balcony which was out of our room, the floor underfoot didn’t feel too safe and the door didn’t shut properly and was really difficult to open. The lift also made thud noises and was very small.

Location was excellent for our concert at the BIC. Changed to a seafront view room which was really nice. Breakfast was good quality and nice.

Woke up by fire alarm at 01:30. Also could hear music from nightclub till least 02:00. One of the worst night sleeps I have had
