There was no hot water either night from 7pm ....we went out both nights and had to cold wash .....never experienced anything like it at a hotel before really dissapointing...ots my first time staying at this hiltion and i expecyed so much better especially spending out on a kings suite. Cant wait to get home and have a hot shower. Also we were right opposiste a lively bar that was blaring out music each evening until early hours so didnt get too much sleep either . Curtains were ripped as well. So dissapointing...i wouldnt teturn .

The only downfall is we booked the wrong date by accident and couldn’t change it so have had to come on a school night but have to leave before breakfast, it’s starts a little late 7am earlier would be better for those who have to leave for work or school etc

bed bugs 😭! at midnight i noticed a bed bug crawling on the duvet, immediately jumped out of bed and saw multiple bed bugs on my pillow 😭 i ran to reception where the lady was so kind and understanding and apologised, she completely understood how freaked out i was and was equally concerned, she found me another room and asked if i needed anything. I slept in the new room, still a bit on edge but in the morning the front desk staff didn’t address it, and when i mentioned it i felt like i was being gaslit and i’d imagined the whole thing. I even showed a video and they told me “it could have been anything”. i didn’t feel great leaving the hotel because of this, if i didn’t have a video i would have thought id gone into psychosis and imagined the whole thing. i know that bed bugs can easily turn up in any hotel, but it didn’t feel like they even believed me. just hoping i didn’t bring an infestation home!! such a shame because it’s a beautiful hotel!

Very rude staff. Tried to take extra charges on check in. Totaly unexpected doesnt live up to the hilton brand. Breakfast was horrbile chef was crap no salt in none of the food eggs where cold my granny can do better and shes 97! Room was ok dirty walls but what can you do. Dont even deserve 1 star

The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The bathroom had good amenities. The staff were friendly. I was disappointed there weren't more gluten free options at breakfast. The pool was quite heavily chlorinated and I ended up having a skin reaction that I only get when a pool has too much chlorine in.

Lovely room, spacious, clean, great facilities, the room has brilliant climate control system. Good tea coffee and biscuit offer. Breakfast was amazing, lovely food with amazing choice. We had a cocktail at the bar, these were good also. Would love to go back and would recommend.

The room was very clean and spacious, and had a good view being on the 6th floor. All staff we encountered were polite, helpful and friendly. Staff at reception were lovely, and service in the restaurant was great. Minor issue with trying to regulate the room temperature, and the TV channels are scrambled in a totally incomprehensible order-making no sense whatsoever! But minor quibbles over what was an excellent stay

Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice.

Room was dirty, there was food on the net curtains. Two light bulbs gone.. had the feel of uncared for. The cooked Breakfast was cold every morning during the 3 times used. For the money your paying for the room, I get better experience from a a travel lodge!

I paid £45 to park my car for one night. I paid the hotel £15 but then had to pay £25 to get out of the car park.

Reception desk was fair but not particularly friendly room was large with easy access shower as requested. Bed comfortable with a scruffy looking bobbled wool bed drape food and service in restaurant good I used swimming pool twice a day amazing. Staff friendly and helpful in this area. In total I was expecting a more polished feel to my stay In keeping with the name Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay at the best hotel in Bournemouth. A spacious,modern room with beautiful decor. We would like to mention Olivia from the reception,who made our stay even more enjoyable and was very helpful when we had some issues with the delivery of a parcel. We highly recommend the Hilton for any type of stay in Bournemouth.
