Nothing I did not smell nice and the place was dirty the bed was covered in insect and it was just not a pleasant stay

Nothing
There’s no lift, the bar was closed, basic things were missing from the room. There’s only one hook in the bathroom for the towel. There’s nowhere to hang your clothes when you go for shower. There were no coat hangers in wardrobe either. There was only one towel provided per person and no bath mat. TV signal kept disappearing and the volume was poor. The beds were uncomfortable; my kids didn’t want to sleep in them. I’m glad we only booked the hotel for one night.

I liked that is was close to the beach easy to walk to
I didn’t like that the Wi-Fi was really bad and we had black stuff in our kettle and there was urine stains on the mattress the shower didnt work properly and our tv didn’t work aswell we asked receptionist to fix it they say they was comming in an hour the whole trip they didn’t come we was there for 3 days also the wardrobe didn’t close properly

Location near to shops and seafront
After checking in we couldn't find any staff even on the number we were given to contact them. Twice we had to ask other guests to let us into the hotel.
A large percentage of rooms let to asylum seekers, a lot of whom were very noisy. Quite a few working as scooter riding delivery drivers who were coming and going til the early hours

The location was very good.
The bed was very uncomfortable, toilet seat was loose, and the shower head was broken.

There is nothing to like about this property
Disgusting beds, dirty and mold bathroom, noise at nights

Close to beach
Rude staff, bed bugs. No customer service. Booked for 2 nights lasted one and would rather pay the hiked up fees to stay some where else. Akash insinuated that we were complaining about bed bugs to get a free stay! There's budget and dated but this was dirty and unhygienic save your self the hassle and stay somewhere else.

Close to the beach and city centre
No air conditioning, spider cobs around windows, no lift, no parking

There's not much to really like about this hotel, to be honest. We asked to drop our bags off early and got a rude response. The room was reasonably clean and looked freshly painted.
The reception area needs updating. The bar area wasn't in use and full of dust .one of our beds was broken. we did report it and was offered another room, but only one of us was able to use it, so we ended up putting the mattress on the floor, no follow-up from the hotel reception with an apology. The lights also never worked.

The location of the property was ideal for visiting the international cheer competition, cheap (get what you pay for)
It was really noisy -with thin walls and you could hear everything from people walking above to flushing toilets and other guests conversation

Extremely disgusting place. The stairs had mold and we had to wait an hour for the reception person to find the right key and we had to look for a different place to stay the night.
Everything.

Staff very friendly. No hand towels, shower was cold, tea/coffee although good make they were undrinkable absolutely disgusting. Lift didn’t work staff said it will fixed in a few days, looking at previous reviews the lift has been out of action since August last year. Breakfast offered on the website, kitchen being refurbished. Bed lovely and comfortable. Requires updating. Vanity light did not work cover fell off. Noisy guests walking around.

This stay was so bad, dirty bedding, broken doors, tiny room, shower didn't work, can smell drugs the whole time we stayed in the room day or night, no staff to complain too, and no one will answer my calls to sort it out!

3 of us stayed here, the facilities were very basic and standard the hotel as a whole needs an upgrade for a 2star hotel 15mins from the beach it should be better we paid £74.00 each for 1 night and it wasn’t good value for money. It was also very noisy to the point it sound like the people outside were inside your room, the carpets and curtains were old fashioned, the hotel is decorated as a whole in an old fashioned way.

This property was in a good location for a night out with my friends. Probably would stay again as it was cheaper to do this than pay for a taxi back home.
You have to pay a deposit upon arrival which is fine but you would expect the rooms to be tidy and not things hanging off the walls. One of our group got bed bugs after our stay here unfortunately. And even found a bug in her bed when we woke up in the morning.
