Charming boutique hotel with personality and very helpful host

Very responsive host, also very helpful. I was able to check in as early as 2pm and also check out late. The room was bright and had a gorgeous four poster bed. From the plants to the choice of art, to the music and painted messages in the hall, the whole place felt homely and personal, thoughtfully put together - an antidote to soulless hotel chains.

As it was a family room there were 2 extra single beds so there wasn't space for much else in the room, where for my purposes a desk or wardrobe/ chest of drawers would have been more useful. Great to have a kettle and tea but slightly clunky to have to put it on the floor to boil.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again

I really enjoyed being able to use a well equipped kitchen which felt like home. Very nicely furnished too! We were able to prepare and have breakfast with others who were staying at the hotel too. It made for a lovely family atmosphere. Thanks a lot.

Perfection and can't wait to come back.

The property was beautifully decorated and had fabulous facilities. The location was so close to the beach that it was perfect for us with a young family.

The only small note was that a couple of belongings from previous guest had been found next to the bed. Nothing dirty, just some belongings which were missed during clean up. But apart from that, we loved our stay and will definitely be back without a doubt.

Lovely seaside hotel that brought back memories of my (long lost) youth!

Beautiful original building with a real ‘seaside holiday’ feel to it. Very comfortable beds. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Nicely decorated. Lovely fresh clean bedding. En-suite shower. Ground floor which was very helpful as my daughter is 7 months pregnant so no stairs to climb! Parking available as an extra and I was so glad I booked it! Our host Chanice was lovely and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Just a TINY thing : the loo seat in our en suite wasn’t secured and so wobbled about! Not important though in the great scheme of things!

Love the style and atmosphere of the place.

Shanine was really friendly and gave us great ideas about what to do. We felt very at home and it was great to use the lovely lounge and kitchen. Very easy location too.

A nice stay

The location was good for everything The room was nice and clean and spacious and quiet , the bed was very comfortable The lounge and kitchen was lovely although we didn't use it .

The location wasn't great ,but a few minutes walk either way and it was fine The water in the shower never got very hot despite running it for a while , but we managed ok

Beautiful beach house to relax and enjoy your holidays, with the nicest host.

Chanine is a wonderful host, attentive, nice and kind. She received us with care and made sure we were feeling at home.

We only could use the kitchen till 8PM, which for a tourist could be a bit tight, but it has all the utilities and everything was clean.

This was stressful, unacceptable and ruined an otherwise good week.

Not much. It was clean and nicely decorated. That's the only positive.

The attitude. The fact that they run a bait and switch scheme on guests saying they have facilities but those facilities only apply to one room and they "cannot guarantee you will get the room they said they would give you". I am disabled and recovering from cancer. If they could not provide the facilities they promise I would not have booked. The final nail in the coffin is the refusal to process a refund so I have reported them for fraud to the credit card company.

I chosen triple room, I think was small for us, me and my 2 children, no aircon, we had fan tho but still was hot as we were upstairs top floor. We stayed 3 nights but we needed to clean our room and we didn’t received fresh towels.

Only good vibes!!!

Everything was great, from the moment you get inside Boho Beach Hose, you get only good vibes and do you feel at home. The host: Chanine is wonderful; very helpful and gave us a fantastic welcoming. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the bed very comfortable and the rest of facilities are great too. Looking forward to visiting Bournemouth again and stay at Boho Beach House. Disgusting sex toy just behind my head (Purple Vibrator) on the floor behind my bed head. Unsatisfactory response from owner. Offering a free night if we booked again and paid for a room. I am not sure how this addressed the problem we had this time. I expressed my dissatisfaction but got no further correspondence.
