A lovely comfortable stay and we'd happily recommend to others.
Breakfast was perfect for our requirements. The location was very good, being a 20 minute walk from the town centre and close to a lovely park with lakeside walks. The host was very welcoming and we had everything we needed.
It was useful to have offstreet parking, although this required a little manoeuvring to reverse into a space off the main road. Overall no problem.

The location was perfect. Poole Park was close by which we walked through to get to the town, although there is a bus stop very close too. Our room was cosy. Our bed was comfy. The complimentary continental breakfast was fantastic. It was like a home from home

Overall stay was great and Caroline was really helpful and friendly . We will definitely stay there again.
It was nice and clean . Location was ideal .. easy reach to the quay and lakes .
The shower head and tap on the sink kept spraying but overall it was a lovely modern bathroom.

Caroline was very helpful with directions and provided a great map as well as giving ideas for sightseeing. Poole Park was a short walk away, a lovely place to walk. Poole was an easy walk. Very Central

Caroline & Adrian have thoughtfully created a comfortable, visually pleasing & peaceful home which they maintain to a high standard. Caroline communicated well during the booking process & was welcoming, helpful & kind throughout my stay. My room & ensuite were immaculate & included useful bathroom 'mini' toiletries. The cold buffet breakfast was generous with a range of cereals, a different freshly prepared fruit salad daily, individually wrapped pastries, an assortment of breads & spreads, & real ground coffee as well as a variety of teas. I particularly liked that guests were able to store their own milk etc in a fridge in the dining room, & that a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery in that room were available to guests without the need to ask.
[This section shouldn't have a frown icon next to it, nothing here to frown about :)] Nothing l disliked; I'd have preferred a firm bed but that's just a personal preference. I enjoyed the entire stay at South Rising - so much so that l'm going back in 4 days' time :)
