Great host, very simple check in then left us to it. The room was the perfect size for a short stay and had fantastic facilities - kettle, water provided and a great dvd collection! The location was perfect for us - just a 30minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the centre of Poole. Finally, the continental breakfast was lovely touch with fresh fruit, cereals and pastries provided.
Our only complaint would be that the shower was difficult to use.

Great location, clean, was able to check in earlier than expected, great selection of continental breakfast, friendly, great directions
Shower don't work properly & the traffic noise was horrendous non stop, day and night (we had complementary ear plugs waiting to greet us). Parking was VERY tight (if you're bigger than a size 12 forget it). Thought it was a little off being asked to pay full amount before even being shown to our room when we had already paid for half our stay.
