The location is very convenient, with restaurants and pubs close by as well as grocery stores. It was also easy to get to the beach and other entertainment areas.
There is a communal kitchen but unfortunately, some of the other guests were extremely messy and did not clean up after they used it, leaving behind dirty dishes and messy countertops. Rubbish was overflowing from the bin. It did not seem like the kitchen area was serviced on a daily basis. We ended up avoiding using it entirely. We brought in two cups and teaspoons so we could use them and keep them clean for the duration of our stay.

Location is great. Good wifi, Netflix. The bed was quite comfy as well. Clean bedlinen and towels. The owner was super responsive and helpful, whenever we had a problem. There was a weird smell in our room and they offered to run the ozone machine for a while. Unfortunately the smell came back the next day.
It's not really newly refurbished, at least our room (small double room) didn't seem so. The kettle in our room could've done with a descaling as well and the mugs were dirty. I specifically booked this accommodation, because there's a communal kitchen, but it was so dirty, that we never used it. Even the fridge was so smelly. And the kettle in the kitchen was even worse than the one in our room.

Location is best. Short walk to beach and easy transport access.
The booking was for 4 adults but the room would just a double bed stay. Room was too small for 4. Sofa bed was not comfortable. I recommend booking for 2 but not more.

I liked the soft mattress and the shower.
I didn’t like the room at all — it was too small, the carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, and the walls really need repainting. It felt more like being in a van than in a proper room, so I wouldn’t recommend the single room.
