The room was fairly clean. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and they made you feel at home. Breakfast was good, and the location was close to public transport.

Very clean, decent sized room. I was only here for one night for a concert at the BIC. Easy walk down, hard walk back! Hilly!

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beds and bathroom spotlessly clean , breakfast perfectly fine . Coffee and tea facilities in room were ample

Central location
The structure is old and in need of a thorough refurbishment. Shower and bathroom have all sign of age and not appropriate cleaning, like stains on gaskets, black grout lines, etc. Shower pressure quite weak. Overall, the room could have been cleaner. Price reasonable but not great for what you get.
