Very disappointed
On arrival we found hotel still under old name not new one as per email sent months ago saying it had been renamed,we was then met by a note on the door to collect room key from another hotel,no instructions where other hotel was,afther finding where to go thanks to Google was met by a member off hotel staff who spoke not great English I explained I had come to collect room key for other hotel,whilst speaking to myself they also were speaking to someone else in another language,once eventually got to hotel,on entry via a coded lock was greeted by scooters and bike at bottom of stairs,no staff on site at all,eventually found room as not in number order,opened door to find paint marks all over carpet,mould on bathroom walls,curtains dont fit windows,mattress very uncomfortable,following morning made cup of coffee with sachets and milk supplied,milk just cuddled,went to try and find member off staff none on site and no breakfast facilities open,thus colle Ted belongings and left very quickly

- Close to Bournemouth seafront - Bed comfortable - Room very clean - Fridge in room
- Had to check in at hotel over the road as renovation work at the building itself was going on, this wasn't communicated before arrival - 3rd floor room was absolutely sweltering - Wifi didn't work - Water pressure in the bathroom was very poor - Parking was £10 for one night
