    The hotel was located in a quiet street less than 5 minutes walk to the beach or town centre. Very warm and cosy with breakfast included.

    Rooms have all you need. Shame central heating didn't work it was cold but oil heaters made up for it. Clear instructions on when there would be hot water. Don't book here expecting the ritz for the money...its a budget family run hotel who go above and beyond to help people staying with them.

    I am absolutely not happy and would not recommend this place.. gave the few stars because of the great location and lovely reception staff.. the floor in our room was full of sticky candies, and candy wrappings, bathroom was not cleaned properly , no ventilation in the bathroom so the whole steam would go into the room and was smelling like damp.. even though we kept windows open the whole stay.. they charge you extra £5 /night for parking, which was not specified when booking, app was saying free parking.. we were left one tiny roll of toilet paper - 4 people 2 nights stay.. breakfast was ok, and the reception staff was very friendly. overall i would not come back here for sure nor would recommend to anyone!
