Excellent hotel with no complaints

I love that the hotel was very close to all amenities and in a quiet location. The room and facilities were very clean and the breakfast was cooked perfectly with plenty of coffee and toast offered. The staff were very polite and welcoming throughout

Good value, very accomodating, good if you have an event at BIC.

Unlimited cold breakfast, with your choice of hot. Good location, parking, room was as described by owner/manager, god range of tv, toiliteries and refreshments renewed each day, very accomodating staff

Shower although mentioned took over 13mins to warm up, waste of time in the morning. Parking was tight, can't really improve on that due to space.

Best hotel in Bournemouth - look no further!

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, huge room and the most comfortable bed in the world! Tina the host went out of her way to be kind and friendly. Freshly cooked breakfast was outstanding! Free parking was also a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Pleasant for a short stay close to the beaches and shops in Bournemouth

My single room was compact but comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet for central Bournemouth. The cooked breakfast was excellent and served quickly. Having a parking space in this location was a bonus.

I was told that, due to the way the builing is plumbed, I might have to wait a while for the hot water to come through, and this was the case, but once it did come through it was fine. Breakfast was great, but I would have liked some fruit and yoghurt options. I had no trouble parking, but I could imagine that more nervous drivers might have difficulty getting in and out of the spaces. Could possibly have done with more bed clothes, although it wasn't really a problem.

Excellent value

Convenient comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Great to have on site free parking. Extremely good value for money with the convenience of a well stocked store very close by and several places to eat or a pub very close by.

Problem with the hot water supply to the sink in the ensuite bathroom. Shower was also struggling with hot water and the shower head could do with a descaling to improve the flow.

Small rooms, Unsafe!

Great breakfast, good heating

Tiny shower cubicle. No night staff nor telephone! I was assured by receptionist that noone could get in tbe property at night and I was attacked in bed on the 2nd night. The Manager should be swinging by the noose!

Great one night stay

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which set us up for the day . Beds were very comfy, we all slept really well.

On a personal level, and to be fair it was a last minute booking. We were up on the top floor, I have mobility problems, and had problems with the stairs.

Perfect location, amazing breakfast, and staff who truly care

Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were approachable and very helpful. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and Bournemouth Pier, with restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.

Quiet comfortable.stay

Staff were amazing, and I managed to check in early as the room was ready. The room was clean, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach 5min walk, breakfast was cooked fresh and.good selection. Would definitely recommend a stay here and will visit again soon.

Everything was lovely — great single room. Fridge useful. Staff kind and helpful. Very central, only a short walk to central pier, although steep hill to climb if you struggle with mobility limitations

Good value, friendly staff, location close to the beach, breakfast, quiet neighborhood, good WiFi, close to a good Korean casual place and the Hop In pub

Only minor issues were noted: For the rooms not en-suite the only sink is in the shared bathrooms, tissues were not provided, squeaky room doors (which could be fixed by oiling the door closer), and kept bumping my head into the TV on the wall when getting items off of the shelf below

Easy parking. Easy, friendly check in. Quiet room at top of the house. Good location for restaurants and stroll after dinner. Good breakfast in morning.
