Very quiet and close to the beach

Perfect central location for the beach and the BIC Loads of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Great car parking.

There were no bad points.

Bad smell in the room, bad smell of pillows, bad smell in bathroom.

Warm welcome by hosts. Room was compact & quiet. Comfy bed, slept well. Breakfast not provided - as explained on their website - but several cafes nearby. Convenient location - 5 min walk to BIC and beach; 10 min walk into town centre. Bus stop to rail station on next street.

Room needs some TLC Metal shower caddy is quite rusted and should be replaced. I apprecaite it is functional but not a great aesthetic. Tops of one bedside shelf and main table top have various stains - need to be bleached clean or replaced. Paint scuffs on walls should be (easily) touched up. Drinking water - only tap in room initally produced brown tinted water - quickly resolved by host. But was informed this was not drinking water, so had to buy drinking water each day. Whilst I expect to have to do this in many overseas locations, I don't expect to have to do this in the UK. Suggest the hosts either provide a communal water filter which guest can use to fill up thier resuable bottles, or provide bottled water for each room on a daily basis.
