-Great location for the BIC and Bouremouth beach. -Parking available on site if you arrive in plenty of time. Staff also let me keep the car there for a short time after check out on Sunday which I was grateful for. -Staff at the hotel are lovely and accommodating. -The room was overall clean and tidy.
-The property needs some maintenance. -The shower head tension had gone so the shower head wouldn’t stay up. -There was also a fag burn on the fleece throw to one of the beds. -Our room was next to a bench which I assume was the smoking section so we got to enjoy that and the smell of smoke as well as men from the hotel clearing their throats first thing in the morning. -The room would benefit from another set of pillows for the beds. None of the above would prevent us staying again and this is our 2nd time at Brooklands.
