Staff were amazing and accommodating, I requested a high floor given I was a solo female traveller and it was no problem for them, they even helped me carry my suitcase to my room! The hotel felt really secure with the door needing a code to access after the staff had left for the evenings which made me feel safe. Room was clean and to a good standard for the price.
In the summer months fans need to be provided, I was there when it was 34 degrees so a fan would of done wonders. No plugs next to the bed either which is a bit inconvenient. Not one for the hotel to fix but one for people to be aware of if you walk there, the hotel sits on a big hill so I recommend an uber/taxi there or a lovely walk along the beach :D

Proximity to Bournemouth beach, helpful and friendly staff, clean bedding, complimentary soaps and free coffee with a coffee machine in the room.
Layout of car park meant that my car got blocked in (however staff were quick enough to rectify this), double mattress was actually two singles together and felt thin and unsupportive. The bathroom needs a good clean and fixtures attending to.

The location is next to perfect: a short walk from the stunning coastline and beaches in one direction and the town centre in the other.
Like most Guesthouses, Hotels, and B&B's in Britain, thanks to the arrival of Airbnb, it was a little run-down. The mattress was firm but I got good sleep. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and I enjoyed my stay.
