Picture perfect

The flat is impeccable, clean and spacious with all the necessary and basic equipment. The shower is great. The host is very friendly and extremely responsive. The location is great too.

It could be more functional. For example the lead for the hairdryer is not long enough to use the only mirror in the bathroom; it would be useful to have a drainer in the kitchenette. Also there is no live tv.

A well-equipped, quiet apartment close to town with a great bathroom, though the bed was a bit soft and the rug smelled

The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to town yet surprisingly quiet. The room is well equipped, and while the bed was a little too soft for our taste, it wasn’t an issue for a couple of nights. The bathroom was fantastic – spotless with a lovely shower. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities, but everything you’d need to whip up something simple was provided. Overall, a very comfortable stay

The only downside was the rug in the room, which looked quite grubby and had a musty smell. Also parking is on a first come first serve basis and the first night we had to pay to park in the multi story

A good place to stay, money well spent.

The fact that it was the same as it is in the advert picture, it was clean and well organised, the staff present was quite helpful and we had a good time overall. It is a very good place and I will come back when visiting Bournemouth.

The property itself and the location is ideal to stay, not far from town and the beach or wherever you need to go within your stay. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen is modern and update and perfect to making a brew in the morning, the shower/toilet every modern and clean too. There’s a small fridge as well. Once, enter the apartment you know it has been cleaned to the standard. TV mounted on the wall for entertainment and a wardrobe.

Everything was fine however, what I didn’t like was that on occasions of me taking a shower on both mornings of my stay. Unfortunately, it felt like the hot water stopped. What I mean by that is that the hot water will run for a minute or so then the cold water start running instead, whilst the temperature is set to hot/warm water. Which this meant that I had to have a cold shower for the time being. Lastly, whilst in the shower the water wasn’t draining and had to stop and start shower to make sure pressure of the water had time to drain.

Really nice space and had everything I needed for my stay. Easy check in with helpful information provided by staff to find the property. They provided me with free toiletries, hair dryer, all the different towels etc. great place to stay!

Parking is quite limited, however there is parking on nearby streets which is helpful

Very good apartment

The room is modern and very clean. Even if it is 15 minutes by walk from the beach it is located in a good position as it is surrounded by lot of shops.

It can be a bit cheaper not being an Hotel.

We had a great time and loved the apartment.

The apartment was really clean, the beds were comfy, and it was nice being greeted by Ali on arrival who handed over the keys to us and who was also very helpful in showing us how to lock the door properly. The free parking was also very nice to have.

Decent value for money but wouldn’t stay again

The bed was lovely and comfortable.

The shower went cold after 5 minutes of use every day of our stay. Although the property offers free parking it is not good and would rather pay, you park on a very small and INCREDIBLY STEEP drive, you will scrape the bottom of your car driving in and out unless you are driving a 4x4, owners should make guests aware of this. Our room was next to the laundry closet, very very loud washing machine which could be heard through the thin walls. The only way to lock the door was with the handle of the door. No proper lock so it did feel a little unsafe at night as we were on the ground floor with people coming in and out. The floor was incredibly creaky which could grow to be annoying. There are barely any kitchen utensils but the basics are there, also only 3 hangers in wardrobe. Overall decent value for money but wouldn’t stay again.

The bed was comfy and the location was good

We arranged early check in and when we get there it hadn't been cleaned and the shower was dismantled and even after cleaning there were scribbles on the wall and a big oil stain up the wall by the kitchen and the parking is limited and the entrance to the parking has a bump that scraped all the bottom of my car

Passable - but not recommended

Overall it was clean and as described. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom nice. Air con unit was effective to hide awful odour.

Location: Dirty area, alcoholics and drug roughs on the front street, tatty, scruffy area. Parking was in front of you get room. Otherwise nowhere immediately near on the street to unpack. Apartment: smelly from curry / spices which was immediately smelt and quite built in. Cupboards stank of curry/spices which was off putting. Landlord made no effort to disguise the odour. Dirty scuff marks on walls, cooker hood controls dirty and finger marks. Not cleaned properly. No proper table to sit at even though there was room for one. No instructions for wi-fi had to ask for it, but it was promptly provided. TV didn’t work (so not checked). Furniture, kitchen equipment and everything is the absolute cheapest quality.

locatie is leuk, wandelen naar het strand via een park. appartement was op zich netjes.

Wij hadden bovenste kamer, dus heel veel trappen lopen. lastig met zware bagage. bovenste kamer is klein en krap, meubels die we aan de kant hebben moeten zetten, deze meubels waren niet stevig in elkaar gezet. je kon niet zitten op de stoelen. Zo waren in dit hele appartement details die niet goed waren. loszittende wcrol houder, tegels etc. Overall was het prima
