We enjoyed our stay at the Nici but it falls short given the price point - e.g. the restaurant kitchen closing at 9.30pm so no hot food available on the 24h room service.
Our room itself was lovely, but the cozy annexe room is actually a little chalet separated from the car park by a trellis. Access to the hotel and spa are gained through the Car park which to be honest doesn’t chime with the glam vibe it’s offering.
On the plus side staff were amazing and very helpful, the spa was well equipped although sadly the jacuzzi under going maintenance and not available during our stay.

Me and My Wife had a terrible experience at the property
We’ve had two of our items removed from our room without consent
And not yet returned to us
Also, there was a serious mould issue
In the downstairs swimming and gymnasium
Also, whilst using the sauna very briefly, I experienced a terrible instant regarding hurting my foot
Due to the sauna
Being not fit for purpose and also
Other hotel guest witnessed the Shauna and the condition and the state of it
