We syayed 2nights with my fimily we happy on all over ur service like the pool love my kids, wr love the rooms, the bed the cleaning, your staff are amaizing their so friendly and very helpful like Ahmed is a helpful and friendly guy.

At first sight the parking area and door to the hotel looked in poor repair so not a good start! But once up into reception the hotel looked transformed and the staff very friendly and helpful. They informed us that the hotel was being decorated and uplifted in stages and it certainly looked good. Lovely atmosphere there. Room was spacious, clean and decorated in a lovely modern style. Very comfortable bed and fresh clean linen.

Outside where you park. No information in rooms for WiFi etc.

Expected 1 room for a party of 4 adults and dog. Was pleasently suprised when we was given a small suite with seperate room with bunk beds and main room with very large bed [6 foot wide] and a small bed [for the dog] I loved the full bath room.

Although I paid the booking in advance. I had to pay an extra £20 a night for the dog and £12 a night for parking. Very limited parking so if we went out we probably not get a space and have to park and pay again somewhere else. The lifts are very small and not always working. Our party comprised of 2 old people and 2 18 year old autistic young people plus a dog. The 2 youngsters couldn't go up the 4 flights of stairs on their own. Us 2 oldies had to take it in turns walking up with them. also the TV did not work.
