Expected 1 room for a party of 4 adults and dog. Was pleasently suprised when we was given a small suite with seperate room with bunk beds and main room with very large bed [6 foot wide] and a small bed [for the dog] I loved the full bath room.
Although I paid the booking in advance. I had to pay an extra £20 a night for the dog and £12 a night for parking. Very limited parking so if we went out we probably not get a space and have to park and pay again somewhere else. The lifts are very small and not always working. Our party comprised of 2 old people and 2 18 year old autistic young people plus a dog. The 2 youngsters couldn't go up the 4 flights of stairs on their own. Us 2 oldies had to take it in turns walking up with them. also the TV did not work.

Close to the pier, town and park. Good parking . Very clean and swimming pool is a bonus . Staff are excellent they moved our room as soon as we complained.
Our first room was awful very hot and cramped . The fan provided was faulty! The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the over sink light didn’t work meaning it was really dark in the bathroom! The shower was useless scalding
or freezing so pretty dangerous !

The facilities and comfort were great. Considering the building is an older hotel the facilities have been kept in pretty good shape. The staff were great and very helpful. Even went looking for dairy alternatives for my wife due to her intolerance. Perfect location is perfect for both beach and town. I would recommend.
