Superb small hotel

Lovely little hotel - within walking distance of almost everything but beautifully quiet. Well decorated - no peeling paint etc. Very comfortable bed. Everything clean. Everything worked. Windows actually open.Will definitely be my first choice on next visit.

There really wasn't anything to dislike but another shelf in bathroom would be useful for toiletries - especially in family room. Second floor stairs were manageable for someone in 70s with knackered knees, but I appreciated help from staff to get my suitcase to my room. Will choose 1st floor room next time.

Very cold room and chilling bathroom when we arrived Not so great in wintertime But owner was quick to help The reception does not open before 2 pm We were lucky that we could leave the luggage with the maintenance man as we had no car

Good value for money, in a clean, friendly, well placed hotel.

My room was small but comfortable, located above the door entry/ car park, in the hotel a 10 minute walk from the BIC. The room was clean & well equipped with all the facilities you require, plus reasonably quiet & well priced. Reception even lent me a USB plug, that I forgot to bring with me.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the free Wi-Fi to work, but mobile reception was good.

Central to the pavilion as going to a show. Reception lovely, room clean today and everything you need. I can’t review the breakfast or bar S did not use but will come back again. Lovely and quiet with comfy bed.

The room was comfortable and of a reasonable size. The bathroom (shower) was excellent and water plentiful and hot. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet room. A short walk to the local restaurants and bars.

A very pleasant and convenient hotel, will be top of our list when bee return to Bournemouth.

The hotel was well presented, with a smart modern decor. Its location is very convenient for both beach and town, and close to major routes. Parking is well managed and there’s one free space per room - a really significant advantage. Staff were friendly and helpful

It was decorated beautifully and in keeping with the period of the property. All lovely and clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for the Bournemouth international centre and beaches, bars and restaurants.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service , highly recommend

Property was at an ideal location , walking distance from the beach and town , had parking spaces which was free of cost. Excellent service , great friendly staff

Everything was perfect besides the bunk bed , one of the mattresses needed changing , you just sunk in which wasn’t comfy.

Convenient and restful.

Super friendly owner who went out of their way to help when I was late with check in due to traffic. Great breakfasts, and excellent location that's close to both the town and the beach (was at the beach for a morning dip in only 5mins). Would highly recommend!
