Comfortable beds lovely staff and great location

Bathroom was a bit dirty mould around the bath

Friendly staff , clean rooms. Great value family room. They got us more tea, coffee , milk for the room when asked. Great service all round. Close to the centre.

I like her name Lee she is very nice lady she can’t understand English language because she from chains , but she is always trying to best for me :) thank you dear Alice she is always very nice nd beautiful hard lady but she is coming to reception just 1 or 2 hours it’s very bad no won understand English language just Alice understand the manger

I don’t like the bad and room it’s very small and moving bed all time when we are coming down and going upstairs the bad :(

Bed was quite comfortable...although the room was dated...the shower was mouldy around the seals...coffee making facilities were available which I didn't use. Window open on arrival and two pigeons decided to join me...popped to reception to ask for help to remove them which they did...straightaway. Receptionist on arrival could speak English and pointed me in the direction of restaurants for an evening meal... a short 10 minute walk away... I paid £10 to park the car at the hotel from 5.30pm and was told I could leave it there until mid day the next day....Receptionist in the morning could not speak English but with sign language and gestures...She understood I was going for breakfast ( Premier Inn) and would be back to check out in 2 hours.. she was very smiley.

Shower needs mould and mildew spray to get it looking cleaner...I was only there overnight so it was ok for that....if staying longer I would look elsewhere.
