They need a proper bed not a sofa

Would stay again as location excellent.

Very good location, clean room, well appointed, liked the dove shower gel/hand wash. Evening meal ok, breakfast had a fair amount of choice. Room located looking over bin storage, unfortunately Friday seemed to be bin day.

Great!

Stayed here for one night to attend family party nearby. Had ground floor twin room, tea/coffee/hairdryer, iron/ironing board & toiletries in bathroom. Was a little cold when first arrived in room, but quickly fixed by staff providing a portable heater. Not much hanging space but didn't really need it for one night. Nice friendly staff on reception. Had a comfortable nights sleep and a great buffet breakfast included the next morning. Check out at 11am. would recommend, suited us for the night!

Very comfortable and convenient stay

Room was comfortable, clean, quiet, esp as it was New Year! Great shower, nice Dove wash. Very good breakfast, attentive friendly staff.

Location was excellent, as attending a concert at he Lighthouse, 5 mins walk away. Walking into town at night not so pleasant, the area by the bus depot, ( shopping centre closed) was quiet & creepy. Stick to tbe main road.

The location was excellent, the breakfast good and without the parking charge would have been value for money

The original info for the hotel says “parking” with no indication that it will cost £10. You have to dig far into the details to find that info so came as a surprise. The beds were very hard and, as a result, somewhat uncomfortable. In this day and age i would expect the coffee machines to offer both regular and decaffeinated coffee but they don’t. Decaf is only available in sachets which is disappointing.

Breakfast was ok

Beds and pillows far too firm, no heating and took ages for plug in radiator to decide to work. Light pollution via door to corridor and badly placed full mirror, made sleeping difficult. Flyover traffic extremely loud through poorly glazed windows. Tiny parking spaces and ridiculous charges for it. We were there overnight and were charged for 24hrs!

My stay was interesting with a lot of walking, visiting The Quay, Poole Museum.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel and my room were very clean. Pleasant music at breakfast time. I thank the staff for the lovely birthday card and for the happy birthday message on the mirror and for the balloons. Thank you again.😊 Good stay.

Good value but basic and beds harder than other similar priced chain hotels.

Twin beds as requested but hard on the back... Both of us had a poor night No extra pillows and blankets in room and once realised unwilling to go to reception to ask for more as undressed and late. Loud road noise even through sealed windows.AC very loud so had to turn it off.. Car park charges are an annoying extra which changes the value for money.

The rooms were not up to standard. We were disappointed to celebrate a 2 night 60th Birthday here.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor where there rooms were very dated, that needed renovating. The 1st and 2nd floor were upgraded to a lovely standard. We were celebrating a 60th Birthday, so were very disappointed as they put our family on the 2nd floor with lovely upgraded rooms that I had payed for, which was unfair to us as it was a celebration to us and we were given the old rooms which were not up to a good standard.
