It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep.

We were visiting Poole for 4 nights during June. When we arrived we were able to park on the forecourt which was very convenient. We were greeted by Caroline who was very welcoming. She explained everything that we might need to know about the hotel. Then she told us about the local area, buses etc. The hotel was very clean. There were little touches, such as large bottles of water and tissues, in the room. The cold breakfast was excellent

A comfortable and clean place to stay. Poole Park just a short walk away. Excellent help yourself breakfast in the form of fresh fruit and yougurt or cereal, toast and coffee. The downside is the front rooms suffer from traffic noise from the main road.

Comfortable single room, spotless! Comfortable bed and I slept like a log. The breakfast was amazing. I had a wonderful fresh fruit salad, different each day, with yogurt, and a selection of seeds and dried fruit. There was a selection of cereals. The full English was delicious, beautifully cooked and piping hot and my need to stay gluten free was met without problem. There were also vegan and vegetarian options. The host was delightful and the location very convenient for both the harbour and beaches.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The guest house was located in a perfect location for me as I love to walk. Pool Park and the harbour plus shops were in walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in one of the double rooms. The owners were lovely, really kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice & cosy, and I absolutely loved the theme! The car park was small but we didn’t have any trouble parking. Location was good.. We were a stone throw away from Poole park which is beautiful, and not too far away from the Dolphin shopping centre and Poole Quay. We would 100% stay here again.

Excellent. They had literally thought it everything you could need in the accommodation, making for an enjoyable, comfortable and convenient stay. Great breakfast too. We hope to return.

Caroline and Adrian were very friendly and the room and common areas were always kept spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious every day. Very handy location, approx 1 mile to Poole town centre and 5 miles or so from Bournemouth.

Beautifully clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast - didn't need to eat again until the evening. Great base for Poole as just a short, pleasant walk through park to town.
