We booked this property for a business stay, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described, offering excellent value for money. Location - close to beach. Reasonable walking distance to centre of Westbourne. Value for money. Extremely clean. Modern.
Nothing to dislike. We visited for the hottest 3 June days in record and the west facing room was very hot. A fan was provided and was very welcome. Another would have been helpful. Also, the duvet was suitable for cold weather. Bedding more suited to the heat would have been good.

It was an apartment so provided your own food.
Unfortunately one of the radiators in one of the bedrooms had been leaking for quite some time (according to the plumber that came out) and the carpet was absolutely saturated, hence an awful smell in that room which made it unpleasant to sleep in.
