Location brillant comfy bed and nice and quiet. The garden view was lovely.
Everything was good. No dislikes. Some table mats or a tray would be very handy.

The facilities clean and modern, and the kitchenette has most of what you might need. (Tea and sugar yes, coffee no, salt/pepper/oil no). The apartment is well located with plenty of parking, and there are several open-top bus routes nearby. The walk into Westbourne for shopping takes about 10 minutes.
There were three problems:
1. The bedding provided was just too hot for summer use (even a "normal" summer)
2. Two of the six apartments (including ours) are in the roof space. The sitting area is a bit oppressive, with sloping roof and only a small window to one side.
3. The internal doors are really noisy to close. My neighbour complained about the noise we created but it's an electronic system that chimes and clicks loudly, and it's unclear what we could have done differently.

We booked this property for a business stay, and it exceeded expectations. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described, offering excellent value for money. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The team was very impressed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

It was an apartment so provided your own food.
Unfortunately one of the radiators in one of the bedrooms had been leaking for quite some time (according to the plumber that came out) and the carpet was absolutely saturated, hence an awful smell in that room which made it unpleasant to sleep in.
