Good size for what we needed

The heating wasn’t working this should have been checked Had to keep calling to sort and was still not fully working the next day. Our elderly mum was left with no heating for entire stay so had to pile blankets on the bed It was very cold and wet that weekend

Spacious holiday accommodation

Layout of property with bedrooms on separate floors and lounge and kitchen in central space. Good location for Westbourne and Bournemouth.

Miscommunication on parking as late to get information on underground carpark. Had impression that there's parking for 4 cars on booking, then realised that there's only 2 spaces. With 4 bedrooms it needs to be made clear as the local street parking is restricted.

Comfortable and spacious

Spacious property with high quality appliances. On sight underground parking and toilets on every level.

Due to being a short term rental property the carpet had dirty stains, from previous occupants. There was also a musky smell which faded with ventilation during our stay. Maybe hard flooring would be more appropriate for this large property

Location handy for beach front and local area.

Mirrors in upstairs bedrooms near a plug sockets for using hairdryer needed. More than 1 front door key needed. Cleaning could have more thorough. House on 3 levels and was very spacious.

The location. Near to beaches. The en-suite bedrooms. The clean condition throughout. The quietness. The locality of the Tesco express grocery.

We were unable to find an instruction folder on how to work the appliances and what to do with our rubbish. We were expecting some milk and tea etc to be there as a complimentary welcome.

Prima locatie, groot huis met wat minpunten.

Locatie is geweldig Huis is ruim 2 Eigen overdekte parkeerplekken 4 Slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, 5 wc's Grote slaapkamers. Voorkant aan een doorgaande weg, uitzicht achterkant in het bos. Keuken was volledig ingericht. Het huis was schoon. De trappen waren breed. Paar keer contact gehad met de klantenservice. Zij waren vriendelijk. Goed om te weten: Begane grond: 2 x 2 persoons slaapkamer 1e verdieping: woonkamer en keuken 2e verdieping: 1 slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met een enkel bed. Extra opklapbed in de kast.

Op 1 na waren de bedden kort en niet zo breed (vonden wij) Het dekbed vond ik ook te smal voor een 2 persoonsbed. 1 Sleutel is te weinig, gezien de deur niet van binnen op slot / open kan zonder sleutel. Het hete water deed het op de 2e dag niet. Er moest een monteur komen om het op te lossen. Eind van de dag hadden we weer warm water. De keuken was ruim, maar de eettafel in de keuken was niet echt berekend om comfortabel aan te zitten met 4, laat staan met 6. Ook niet omdat de keukendeur de keuken in opengaat. 2 Kleine balkonnetjes, fijn om de deur open te zetten, maar niet netjes gehouden, en daarom niet zo fijn om buiten te zitten. Extra dekbedden lagen los in de schoonmaakkasten op de schoonmaakspullen. Vond ik zelf niet fris. Het was voor ons niet duidelijk dat het om appartement 3 ging. Maar misschien heb ik niet goed gekeken. Best wat punten, maar dat was zoals ik het ervaarde. Misschien is het voor een ander een perfect huis.
