Dreadful
There was a free car park space & the location was handy for the town centre.
The stay at this property was dreadful from start to finish for a variety of reasons (there is a long list!). Main ones being that it is dirty and that it is unsafe (it did not meet building regs & the property is unsafe for children and anyone who may be unsteady on their feet). I contacted the property to share my views but they did not follow Booking.com’s guidance on communicating so I then contacted Booking.com’s customer service team who are being very helpful but unfortunately the property is now not responding to the customer service team either so not sure where this will lead but I have confidence in the Booking.com team so hopefully they will sort things out. I had decided not to leave a review here until the issue had been resolved, but now I hear that the property owner is avoiding contact with customer services too then I feel I need to speak out so that others will think twice before booking this property. I would not recommend staying at this property at all as the photos do not show the full picture and it is not what it seems.
