The Old Custom House

Everything about the Old Custom House was exceptional. From the pre-arrival communication and warm welcome, through to the fantastic room. Located right on Poole Quay, everything is easily accessible. My room was bright and immaculately clean, a great size with a double and single bed and desk. The en-suite was spotless, with a specious shower. There was a small ‘breakfast bar’ outside the room, where guest can pick up a pastry, coffee or fruit (this was an added treat as the rate is for room only, everything about the Custom House was well thought out.). The rooms have their own street access, separate to the bistro and bar.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

A great location and very comfortable and clean room. We had a very pleasant stay.

The Accommodation was great. There was not a lot of help on arrival, we had to wait for our key (The bar was very busy) which wasn't an issue but when the keys were handed over the person handing over was rushed and wasn't able to answer our questions regarding parking.

Stayed here this weekend .We will definitely return as the service, rooms, cleanliness and location were just perfect. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality
