My husband & I had a fantastic experience. With all accommodation there's usually an issue but we couldn't find one here! The check in was superb - we were even sent a video to show us how to access the accommodation and very clear instructions. The entrance was pretty simple to find but it just removed that concern of finding it quickly. We travelled by train and the flat walk to the accommodation was less than 10 mins. The moment we opened the door to the apartment, we were welcomed by a beautiful clean, fresh smell. The whole apartment was spotless! It was airy, bright & very spacious. The beds were superb - we slept so well I had to check out what brand they were - hypnos. Great quality, like everything else in this apartment. My husband had recently hurt his knee, so was very grateful there was a lift to the apartment, right beside the key box. The location is brilliant for exploring the area and we really recommend the Thai restaurant next door - Nusara - delicious food & great service. We were very lucky with the sunny weather while in Poole. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Location... location...location!

Super location in town... short walk to Poole Quay, shops and bars with Sainsbury local across the street... so useful! Secure parking for more than one car. Apartment was spacious with some funky touches... not just the wallpaper! Having en suite as well as bathroom was essential with four adults sharing and showers worked well.

Outside space (balcony) looked over rooftops so not the most attractive view. Gulls could be noisy early morning.

The apartment was modern, very spacious, spotless clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as a family of 4. The hosts communication was excellent prior, during and after and the location was perfect. The parking was a welcomed inclusion. Would definatley look to return when visiting again.

Perfect location and a well kept apartment.

Location ideal for getting around. Very spacious and clean. Lots of modern and easy to use appliances. Near to great restaurants, in walking distance so very handy.

The view out of the windows looks out onto other flats and the car park so it’s definitely not a scenic view and the odd smell of the Thai takeaway if windows were open. There is definitely no microwave.

Needed More mirrors - in particular a full-length one ! (Though Was a bit worried about the mirror in main bedroom … with branches sticking out of it, even though its nice !) Everything else was fabulous !!

Lovely very spacious apartment, host communication was excellent, very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay.

There weren't many kitchen utensils so difficult to make meals from scratch, fine if you mostly eat out though.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was in a very good location with pubs and restaurants close by. Parking was convenient and added bonus. The apartment was exceptionally clean.

Geweldig

De locatie is top. Op loopafstand van het leuke haventje, pubs en supermarkt. Het appartement is keurig, schoon, erg leuk ingericht en biedt voldoende ruimte voor een gezin (wij waren met z’n zessen). Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en het ziet er allemaal als nieuw uit. De aanwijzingen voor de parkeerplaats en entree waren heel goed.

Airconditioning was fijn geweest. Het appartement was best warm. Verder echt niets aan te merken.
