A pleasant stay

Very central location for the quay and town centre.Clean,comfortable and quiet.The flat was suprisingly spacious.

Quite a dark space due to net curtains.The living room window wasn't sealed properly and the curtains moved continually in the wind.

Very disappointing, we were so cold we didn’t even stay for the second night.

Good location

Very cold and no instructions regarding the heaters. Kitchen very poorly equipped eg only 3 mugs and 3 plates although the property sleeps 4. Everything was dated and unloved- the whole place needs an overhaul

Great location, but needs some TLC

The location is excellent! Only a few minutes walk to the quayside, centre of town, and supermarket. Private onsite parking and very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of instant hot water. There's a good WiFi connection, and the owners had left lots of information for getting out and about. There's also a good-sized washing machine in the kitchen.

The apartment is somewhat dated and could do with a face-lift and some minor repairs. Leaking taps, noisy water heater, broken door in the kitchen, wobbly dining chairs, stained cutlery, calcified kettle, missing crockery. The negatives didn't distract from our enjoyment of the area, but I think they definitely need to be addressed to increase their ratings.

Great location,comfy and has the facilities you need for a weekend,plus a big bonus is dog friendly :-)

We have stayed before and love the location and apartment ,even the dogs remembered it when we arrived and settled down! The kitchen has pots/pans ,plates fridge/freezer etc so we usually cook our own food which is great

It wasn’t terribly clean, it was very tired, the curtains let in a lot of light, the tap drips continually in the bathroom sink and the tap in the kitchen isn’t so good either. The front door didn’t shut very easily so was left open all the time, not very secure. The pillows smelt, very unpleasant. The immersion made a very loud noise, like a ships foghorn, when the hot water was turned on in the morning. I should think it woke up the whole building. Had to turn it off at the switch to stop it. It was ok after that but happened both mornings.

Great stopover

Excellent quiet location. No trouble finding. Easy on site parking. Helpful staff. Facilities fine. Less than 5 minutes walk to Quay side with large variety of restaurants and 5 minutes drive to Ferry terminal

Very good

The communication from the owners was excellent, answering my queries by text instantly and supplying information about anything I may need to know. The apartment was nicely furnished and was very clean and had everything in it you may need. Beds very very comfy with nice lined and plenty of towels were supplied. The location was idea for Poole Quay and Baiter Park which is where we wanted to spend time in the bars and also walking our dog. The apartment had a nice outside space too where we could relax and have a drink together.

Lovely flat and smashing host.

The flat was lovely, well equipped really clean. Lovely to be able to bring our 2 dogs. Being met by the owner and close to the quay just a short walk to that and the town centre.

The only things I think they could possibly improve on was a more comfortable settees in the lounge and with able to take dogs on the ground floor it would of slightly improved it was if a bit of the garden outside the French doors fenced off so you could let the dogs out on their own. It was lovely though having a garden straight out of the flat.

It was clean. Could park outside apartment for free. WiFi and modern TV. Grab bar in shower. Garden for dog (not enclosed though).

Very dated, outside door needs repair. Kitchen needs completely replacing, one cupboard door didn't close. Freezer drawers broken and frozen shut. Some internal doors didn't close properly. No hooks or shelf in bathroom to put anything down. No towel rails. Toilet roll holder loose on wall. No extractor fan in bathroom.
