Nice holiday

Spacious, lots of cooking utensils, tv had Netflix, large windows overlooking the outer harbour. Was nice to have a few treats on the side and bottle of wine in the fridge to start off our stay.

Property tired, small back yard with no outdoor dining seating, no ceiling fans especially for top bedroom on 3rd floor. We had a storm whilst we stayed where water leaked inside due to cracks in the walls. 2 beds in the property were broken, one with slats missing and other the frame broke- as well as this mattress in top bedroom was so worn it dipped. The shower head in main bathroom was seen to, however still was broken afterwords, think this needed a deep clean due to water spurting out everywhere. Bathroom fan on top floor brought in dust and leaves- slats are missing on outside of the property. I questioned numerous times how many parking spaces were on the drive prior to arriving- only mentions 1 space in description but we could fit 2 medium sized cars on the drive which saved us £100 plus parking on the multi storey.

Enjoyed the stay in the house in Poole!

It was middle of August. Great property, nice and clean, loved the location. Really close to the boats in the quay, perfect for strolling through Car Night (vintage American cars on display in the street). Really close to a Tesco Express for buying supplies. And it came with an off-road parking spot. It was a 20 minute drive to sandbanks - but note that to get in the Sandbanks car park on a sunny Saturday in August, you’ll need to get there by 9am. We ate at the Rope & Anchor pub in Poole which was nice (makes a change from all the Italian restaurants in town) but it doesn’t overlook the quay.

It would have been handy for at least one bedroom to be twin beds instead of a double - but other groups/families might not have that need.

the location was fab. don’t be disappointed by the outside the inside certainly makes up for it, super clean all the facilities and views of the sea. it’s comfortable and modern and lots of lovely finishing touches.

spotless and seemed newly refurbished. comfortable bed and the location was perfect.

couldn’t work out how to turn the heating on. would be good to have a booklet with instructions instead of downloading on the phone. still couldn’t get the heater on. would also be nice to have some garden furniture.

Great house! Spotless accommodation, very comfy and an amazing base for exploring Poole. Beautiful views from the first and second floors. All the amenities you could need and a few little extras that made it even more special, like beach towels and toiletries. Would definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend!

Being in town meant we were overlooked by neighbours at the back. It's a fair trade off for the central location though.
