The location was great.
Host was excellent. Friendly, very helpful and accommodating with tea and coffee ready to use.
Could have had 2 bathrooms for 6 people but really no issue with a little organisation.

The location was excellent and it was good to have off street secure parking. It was a nice quiet street despite being right by the quay. Aven was very helpful and the property had some nice personal touches like crabbing nets and games for the kids and a nice coffee maker. The bed linen and towels were nice and soft and clean.
There was no washing up liquid so we had to go and buy some and the kitchen definitely needed a more thorough clean inside drawers and cupboards as some dishes were dirty and the drawers had crumbs in. Aven was very responsive when I fed this back to him.
