Entrance hall leading to ground floor bedroom (single bed with pull out to to make a double bed), doors leading to courtyard garden. Utility room with washer / dryer and shower. Separate ground floor cloakroom with Japanese toilet. Stairs to first floor - open plan living and dining area with balcony and sea glimpses. Separate fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, electric 4 burner hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, and microwave .
