Part of the prestigious top quality development situated on Poole Quay. Spacious 3 bed, 3 bathroom and 3 balcony apartment located on the second floor (first floor above the piazza). With a corner position this apartment benefits from 180 degree harbour views to the working quay, to Brownsea Island and the Purbecks beyond and right around to Sandbanks - all from the comfort of the spacious living area. Dolphin Quays` prestigious foyer offers 24 hour Front Desk security with the benefit of secure on-site car parking.

Main entrance lobby from The Quay. Lift to 2nd floor. Spacious hallways to front door. Hall, Lounge / Dining Room with sliding doors to large triangular Balcony. Comprehensively equipped. Fully fitted Miele kitchen. Utility cupboard. Master Bedroom (6ft superkingsize double) with Ensuite (bath and separate shower cubicle), doors to Balcony with views to the harbour. 2nd Bedroom (3ft twin beds or 6ft zip and link superkingsize double) with Ensuite (shower cubicle), door to small Balcony with views to the working quay. 3rd Bedroom (4ft 6 double bed). Family Bathroom (bath with shower over).

Parking - Reserved parking space for two vehicles (one behind the other) in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - Fast fibre optic WIFI. Flatscreen 55 inch Smart TV in living room. BluRay DVD. Blue tooth sound bar/speaker. Playstation 2. Smart 32ins TV in master bedroom and further TVs in bedroom 2 and 3.

Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / feature gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
