Coast Away - Moments from Poole Quay and Baiter Park

Positives: Nice bedrooms, lots of storage space comfy beds. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Good easy to use tv with loads of apps you can log in to. Couple of small issues we contacted them about they sorted really quickly. Nightlights provided. Beach towels provided as well as plenty of bathroom towels. Nice welcome tray of tea, biscuits etc. Excellent location for the Quay. Quay, shops and Poole Park all easily walkable.

Negatives: Zero space in kitchen to prepare meals, so have to use dining table. Wouldn't recommend for more than 4 people, despite it sleeping 6. Just not enough room in rest of house. Parking space manageable for our fiesta, but small/awkward for a larger car. Really noisy location with bike night, car night and fireworks all taking place on the Quay throughout the week and it being on a busy junction with people leaving the quay. Would like to see: Better Maintenance - back gate lock coming off, a few blinds wont twist open reducing privacy, one of the windows won't open, wardrobe door coming off hinges. It's not run down, just needs some tlc. More bedroom sockets, currently have to choose between lamp or charging. Blankets. Over all it's the location that is the best thing about it. Would potentially book again although it is on the expensive side for what you get.

The accommodation, high standard of cleanliness, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, and a lovely tray of goodies which was a nice touch. location very good for everything, from staying locally or going places. Letting staff lovely. A lovely and relaxing holiday.

Great location, staff very helpful, very welcoming with plenty of goodies available and a fully furnished kitchen.

A little small to fit 6 people; hard to find parking for the 2nd car (we were two families).

A very comfortable, well-furnished and clean property. 3 good sized bedrooms and comfortable lounge. Decent bathroom. Close to town, quayside and waterfront walks. Very good for a short stay but spoilt by lack of attention to some property details.

No property information provided- no instructions for dishwasher, microwave or heating/ hot water system and no information about rubbish and recycling. Fridge/ freezer in poor condition with broken shelves and door seal, and iced up freezer preventing drawers opening. No local information such as town maps, bus info, local facilities. Only one small parking space and very difficult to find alternative parking nearby. Environmental credentials poor - no controls or thermostats on radiators, so bedrooms got very hot if heating needed in lounge; Bins at rear of property were overflowing with food waste, bottles, plastic and cardboard - very poor facilities or information for recycling and rubbish collection. TV and wi-fi reception poor - took us ages to get TV reception and reset to get channels and sound.
