Lovely apartment and views. Great position

Clear instructions, parking a great bonus. Beautiful space and views fab. Bed very comfortable. Nice biscuits, sweets on arrival. Convenient for shops and many great restaurants.

Quite complicated to find apartment on 2nd floor, 3 double doors to choose from. Heating did not work all the time due to low water pressure. Luckily sun was out so we weren't cold. Property manager helpful and came out within 7 hours. Shower very weak. Fridge and oven needs deep clean, cutlery in drawer a bit dirty.

Fantastic views across the harbour, accommodation very comfortable & facilities 1st class. Clearly a brilliant location and highly recommended. Plenty of places to eat, drink and Tesco Express on the ground floor.

Amazing stay with a helpful owner when I had questions. Thoroughly recommend 10 out of 10 !

Fabulously comfortable and relaxing apartment, with amazing panoramic views of the marina and harbour. Everything we could possible need for our stay was provided and more ! I wouldn't have the slightest hesitation in recommending this apartment to others and will definitely visit again myself if the opportunity arises.

Quayside Apartments with Harbour Views

The check-in instructions and communications from the host were really clear and helpful. The interior space and decor were very nice and comfortable enough for a couple of nights. The facilities were generally good/what we needed. The views were spectacular. Access to Poole quay and town were an easy walk. Conveniently close to shops. Netflix and WiFi access were appreciated.

The request for PII data after the non-refundable booking was made made me a bit uncomfy.. This should be a requirement before booking. The privacy statement listed items like N.I number potentially being asked for, which I would not have provided, and the Privacy Manager "TBC". I have a long standing account with Booking.com, who have my data and should be able to verify me. Although on the whole the apartment was clean, it was not thorough everywhere. The master bed was pulled out from the wall and thick with dust down the back. There was a false nail and sachets under the kids beds. The master shower not well cleaned at the base of the screen (I did this easily with a tissue). The hot water takes around 2 mins to come through. Notices to highlight this would be helpful. On the first night we thought there wasn't any. That said, the pros well outweigh the cons and well worth a visit. Thank you.

Amazing Birthday Break

My Hubby and I took my mum away to meet her sister to celebrate their 88th birthdays. Mum cannot walk far so we use a wheelchair. The main reason for booking. Their was also a shower chair which was fab x The location was amazing. I would get up early with a coffee and watch the world go by so I also got some rest. I will return with my hubby for a break on our own. I absolutely loved it.

Very spacious fabulous settees. 3 of us, one each! Clean and tidy. Super central location with good parking. Plenty of local information provided. Ferry to Brownsea Island just down the road, no distance really. Tesco local next to block.

The electric shower was a little variable with temperature. Within the apartment block it was quite a walk from the car park and outside. Could have been tricky if we had mobility with long walks.

View’s location and size of the apartment

Location was right by the quay fantastic for people and boat watching. Shops cafes takeaways pubs on the door step. Apartment was large and well equipped and secure parking included. Would recommend and will be back next year

Great location with an amazing view

One cannot ask for a better stay for a getaway from the busy city life. It's an enormous flat with exquisite views both during day and night. It is just besides Tesco express and near all the restaurants which is really convenient. The breakfast place which is downstairs is one of the best in town. It is also near the ferry departure point to the Brownsea island. A special mention about the detailed instructions for checking in.

Long Weekend

Beautiful apartment with incredible view even with work on building being done. Clean comfortable and very easy to stay in. Parking was easy as it has a dedicated space. Walk out straight onto quay. Shops and restaurants at your fingertips.

It is a maze of corridors but worth the breadcrumb trail I felt we should put down! One and only issue on personal note was the over use of air fresheners of all different types and smells. Allergy and asthma issues meant that they were relegated to the balcony!

A Great location over looking Poole Quay & the sea! A large, exceptionally clean living space with everything you need. A Comfortable bed, with nice cosy furnishings. The allocated parking space was very useful to.

Getting the key from the lock box took longer than expected, but I was travelling alone, so it might be easier when travelling with 2 people or more.
