Good value and great location

Great location on the quay. Comfortable and incredibly spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.

It is a maze inside the building... takes a while to get used to where you're going. Every night bikers meet up and stay around the quay reving their engines and making alot of noise. Unfortunately we got stuck in a biker rally where they closed the quay and we had alot of trouble getting into the parking lot. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes... we had them in all day virtually and resorted to the drying rack.

Very lovely apartment

The spacious area off the apartment as Mom needs a walker to get around, so this made it very easy. The cleanliness was perfect. The views was beautiful.

Exceptional in every way.

Probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in - simply superb. Very spacious for two families, superbly placed on Poole Quay, great views, something always going on in Poole, firework displays, dream American cars. motor cycle events and so on.

a great place to stay, the ability to get into the property on time was a poor starting experience however.

well equipped and great location

couldn’t get in till 5.15pm as property hadn’t been cleaned. cleaning equipment left in hall way. no hot water due to fault with boiler that was rectified that day.

Best apartment we’ve ever rented

best nights sleep I’ve ever had! property was superbly fitted out with everything you’d need for a stay away from home. we had 4 adults and 2 kids and still felt like there was a huge amount of space and at no point felt like we were on top of each other. could get use to waking up with a coffee on the balcony with the great view. wish I was still here!! Location couldn’t be more ideal.

the building is a bit of a maze and the car park is a little walk away especially if laden with heavy bags etc… I did see some people using trolleys to take stuff but also if you take the closest lift to the ground you can park temporarily to unload and take stuff up to the apartment.

The property was beautifully decorated and appointed. It was very clean. It had a good view and was on the Quayside near to restaurants and shops. The property was extremely well equipped fir visitors and the staff at Quay Holidays where we collected the keys were charming, very helpful and kind.

Nice apartment but would not use management company again

The apartment was really nice, well provided for in terms of bed linen and towels. Welcome basket with teas, coffees and biscuits was a nice treat. Was really well cleaned.

Staff who were in managing office had no idea where the property was nor could they advise me which entrance to use to get access to the building when I rang to ask (it's a massive building with multiple entrances) Surprise fee of £7 asked of me in the office when I went to pick up the key which was not mentioned on the website and they were unable to give me a receipt for. The French doors had come out of their hinge so during the storm that happened while I was staying there, they kept swinging open with a bang. Had to ram furniture up against the frame to stop it from opening. Was not fixed while I was there but storm blew itself out. Was refunded a nominal sum for the inconvenience of the door needing to be fixed.

Lovely break away from home with very comfortable and clean facilities. Definitely a place to return

The flat was a lovely size, very spacious. Lovely coffee shop downstairs along the quay. Very clean apartment, well equipped and lovely hospitable tray left for us on arrival - coffee, milk, sugar, tea, biscuits, wine - very much appreciated! We received a phone call the day after our arrival to check everything was in order.

Its quite a walk from the car to the apartment- through lifts and change of lifts to different floors. We discovered the concierge had a trolley we could use which was very helpful on departure. Would definitely not deter us from staying again though - just worth being aware of. Also very narrow car spaces, and check before you travel by car if you bring a roof carrier - it may not fit in the multi storey parking!

Very good

Location was brilliant, the apartment looked over part of the harbour, so wonderful views of watching boats coming & going. It was very clean. It was a good base to enable us to travel round the coast. The hop on, hop off bus is ideal.

The only problem we had was that we had two cars but there was only one space for the apartment. We struggled to find a car park that did a weekly rate but managed to leave it at the Holiday Inn, which is 10 minutes walk away.
